We stumbled upon this adorable pub in Mechanic Falls; and we would highly recommend it to everyone. The meatballs, chicken salad wrap and chicken nachos were fantastic. The Pub has been my go-to spot since they opened whenever I get a chance to go out. The owners have really done a fantastic job with creating a place that is tailor-made to the community it serves. Though I have my favorites that are always on the menu (Chicken Parm), I am always on the lookout for the weekly specials and Bobbi’s desserts are to die for! Aside from that this business really does what it can to contribute the area by supporting other businesses, giving kids in Town their first jobs, and becoming a place where you are greeted by name and made to feel like you are part of the family. I started going there for the food and keep going back because of the friends that I have made.

8:45 at night on a Saturday, called ahead to see if the place was busy. We were told the kitchen was closing, so but if we came right over, they would still cook food for us. So we came right over! Really appreciate them for accommodating us so late like that.

This place is definitely a gem. Definitely coming back here if I’m in the area again. It is cozy and friendly, the owner is great, and the food was phenomenal. Family run little old fashioned place. Even jammed out to big band music with the owner. It was an unforgettable night, and I’m so glad we found this place in such short notice.

My husband and I loved our visit to The Little Brick Pub! As new residents to Maine (not knowing many people), we were blown away by how welcoming and helpful the owners were—they made us feel right at home and even shared great local tips. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and you can tell they truly care about their guests.
We tried the June special pizza (Strawberry Balsamic Chicken—so good!) and the peanut butter frosting cake, which was absolutely delicious. The food, the hospitality, and the overall vibe were all top notch.
Highly recommend stopping by—and if the owners are around, definitely take a moment to chat with them. It’s worth it!

I’m going to be critical because I also own a pub and the only way to get better is to know the experience your customers are having. I stopped in with my wife and we ordered fries, the meatball appetizer and a couple of pizzas. The meatballs were a little bland and they kind of fell apart when eating them. The sauce was nice but lacked some nice seasoning. Not terrible, but I’d look at binding the meatballs together more, and adding some more seasoning. Fries were good. For the pizza, the crust is really nice, but the oven is too hot. I’d try lowering the heat 25-50 degrees, and cooking about 4 minutes longer. The crust doesn’t fully cook at the current time and temperature. Make sure when putting the toppings on, they’re perfectly spread around the pizza, not all in the middle – this could be just the mistake of an untrained pizza maker. You want to make sure the sauce, cheese, and toppings are perfectly spread evenly, and right to the edge. And I would lighten up on the cheese. 4 oz on a 10” pizza is enough. Many pizza makers over power the pizza with cheese – it takes away from the sauce and crust.

I do recommend this charming pub as it has great history. Give it a try and make sure you tell the owner anything you think could have been better FOR YOU. But do give it a try. The Irish Red was great 🙂

This is one of my go to spots. The food is spectacular, they have a great beer selection, and the atmosphere keeps bringing me back. The staff is the best as they treat you like family. They know your name and they care about each person that comes in.

This small establishment is large on flavor!!! I love the laid back order at the bar feel and you are treated like family. My family and I will definitely be back again! The beer selection is phenomenal and they have plenty of options for bar fare. A gem in the small town of Mechanic Falls.
