Im so mad. I just got my order placed ahead of time, requested- fried rice fried dark- not fried dark. No sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken?!! They also charged me a 1.00 for egg in my rice and 1.00 for a mini cup of dumpling sauce that was spilled in the bag.
To say im angry is very humble.
Make sure you check your food before you leave with carryout because if you call they dont believe you

I’ve only had Delivery, so I can’t speak to the Service or Atmosphere, but the food is excellent for American Chinese fare. It’s the best that my wife and I have tasted in 20 years in the Madison area.
Each dish has its own delicious and unique flavor profile, yet they all compliment each other well. We have been ordering from Chang Jiang for several months, trying various entrees, and we have not been disappointed yet!

Don’t bother ordering things for delivery from here. They don’t include utensils, napkins or sauce packets. So when you are out & have no way to eat lunch you have now waisted your money. We as the customer shouldn’t have to call up restaurants when we order things to make sure they get an order right. Never going here again. Also should be the responsibility of the delivery person to check & make sure the orders are correct, specially since they shouldn’t be opening & looking through other people’s items.

I just wrote a review but look at the amount of lumpy fat I found in these dumplings…. over half!!! I dissected the “meat” after I ate a dumpling and thought it tasted funny. I am SO disgusted! Disappointed in you Chang Jiang.

The soup didn’t taste right. The general Tso chicken was awful. I don’t know what meat that was bit it was overdone and the sauce did NOT taste like it’s supposed to. I won’t go back. Even if they paid me to eat whatever they brought I wouldn’t do it. I was so disappointed because I was so hungry for Chinese food.

The food lacked flavor with an overabundance of salt. This included the soup (Hot and Sour) as well the entree (Szechuan Shrimp). Entree was also over cooked. Edible but below average. In addition a hair was found in the soup. We do not recommend.
