Still ridiculous. Please train the staff or hire a new manager or both. Orders still coming out slow, incorrect, and not edible. My sausage egg and cheese had no cheese but plenty of char. DO BETTER!

Just so far above all other chains. Breakfast is always great. Staff super friendly. Manager came over to check on us….that is a first.

Forgive the pic of the half eaten food. Completely forgot to grab photos before eating. Was just too good!!!
Update: gotta say the awesome banter with the manager and his employees is amazing. You can tell there is a mutual respect. Not typical in establishments like fast food. So nice to see it.

I’m not sure what the problem is or how hard it is to see and read a screen but this is ridiculous…this is a constant problem with this location…. It could be a multitude of issues…cooking, lack of training, manager doesn’t care, illiterate, etc whatever the issue or lack there of needs to be addressed… I called them and the manager I spoke to said “we can do a remake or refund” like if u would’ve listened when the order was ordered u wouldn’t be in the problem to begin with… customer service has went to trash over the years…

Steven and his team are doing an amazing job ensuring this place is sparkling clean. To walk in and witness a fast food restaurant be as clean as this Hardee’s was, is nothing but comforting. They clearly care about how the establishment looks and health of any and all individuals that come in. GREAT JOB! Lobby was very dirty. Almost every table had not been cleaned, one table had food all over it and on the floor all around it. We ate there and while we were there, not one single person came to clean the lobby. It was still filthy when we left. They were not very busy and had enough workers that they could’ve sent someone to clean it. Everyone was waiting a long time on order. Manager came up to help and was surprised that people were waiting so long and also didn’t even have their drinks yet. Will not be back!!!!

First visit food was GREAT!! 2nd visit biscuit was hard food taste as it had been setting under heat lamp. I was going to post then. Gave the benefit of the doubt & called the mgr. he said he would make it right & that he would fix it himself. When I tell you it was the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE that I complained to him about. I kid you not!! Not only that, you would think for the inconvenience he would’ve added my drink being that it was a combo. I tried today going right when they opened hoping it would’ve been like my first experience. Black girl out front smoking for customers to see. I know for a fact she didn’t wash her hands because my cups smelled just like cigarettes. Won’t be back.

Haven’t actually gotten to eat the food yet because I ordered 2 combos, they told me to pull over to the reserved, even though they weren’t busy at all. Took 10 minutes for them to bring out the food. Missing one item. Asked for 3 sauces, 2 times- didn’t get the sauces. Had to go back into the store to get the sauces and the wrap they forgot and that took another 5 minutes, so far, I’m still waiting. There are 5

Staff was super friendly came and checked on me while I was eating and made sure everything was alright and offered to refill my drink. You dont get that at any other fast food spot. The food was delicious I love their biscuits and gravy.
