Spent $35 on Uber eats for a delivery last night. All 25 wings were dry. There was no ranch in the bag even though I ordered two ranches. I ordered honey hot rub fries and the fries were plain without any seasoning. The drinks are supposed to have tape over the top to cover the straw hole for safety and so that drivers cannot mess with them. They forgot that as well. Complete waste of money. Be careful ordering food from here.

Mistakes happen, but what defines a business and their management is how they correct them.
Had a pick up order with my name and order on the bag and someone else’s food inside. Called the store and was told to call back in 3 days to speak to a manager about a refund. No willingness to rectify the situation beyond that. And that was after they placed me on a 10 minute hold.
Needless to say, will not be ordering from this location again.

Go to another store, these idiots will tell u a lower price on the phone and then charge you more when you get there. You’d think they’d be trying to improve people’s perception of their people, but no playing perfectly into the stereotype! (Exact #s: was told $31.63 on the phone, I add a ranch and the price goes to $48) I ask what happened and he proceeds to tell me the order was $42. I already say the $31.63 on the screen before he added the ranches!! I know it’s only $18, but that’s not how you do business.

This place is disgusting. Once you talk with someone that works there you’ll see why. My experience made it clear that they just don’t care about the cleanliness of their store or customer service, I hope your experience was or will be different. I typically don’t write reviews, as you can see from my account history, but this place tops the all time worst. I would have appreciated the ‘stay away from this dump’ sort of warning, instead I’m writing it. Wing Stop has good Wings, I didn’t eat the wings from this store but generally it’s a good option. Proceed at your own risk.

Who ever made the wings tonight really hates their job it looks like they literally sprinkled seasoning and then just put the sauce on top with out even attempting to mix in right. Worst Wing Stop I’ve ever ordered from. I really recommend to avoid this particular WingStop. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Placed an order for pickup on doordash and got there they were busy making orders so I patiently wait for a bit and then one of the ladies working asks my order name and I tell her then I wait another 10 minutes just to get some dry chicken that literally tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Never had an issue with this location but judging by the reviews seems like new management is terrible

Went to the wingsnop on 200 west north Ave in West Chicago. The wings were great, cooked to perfection seasoned perfectly. The service was outstanding and she was very courteous. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will return. 5 out 5 in my book.
