We were in the area and wanted to check out the new location, absolutely wonderful experience. I believe our server was Rey. He was very attentive, food was excellent quality with generous portions absolutely love the decor, employees have pride in their new establishment, and constantly cleaning while we were their. We wanted to check out the new restaurant. We were very disappointed in the service. Our waiter took our food order and never came back to the table to check on us or see how we were doing and if we needed anything.. The menu reflected the cost of the new restaurant. When you pay that much you would like to have good service.

The food was horrible, we didn’t eat it! 2 people with drinks-$72 with tip. Server was nice but no discount for food we couldn’t eat. It’s loud with the high ceilings-it echos, and the parking is limited! Very sad as Fiesta was always a favorite.

First part is very minor, but they drastically reduce the size of their burrito grande, My favorite dish there.
We had an absolutely horrible experience with the gift card from their company. We were gifted a gift card. When we presented the gift card and the receipt to go with it to pay, they told us there was no money on the gift card. After we reviewed the transaction history online, it showed that they voided out the amount put onto the gift card five minutes after the purchase and the receipt was given. When we reviewed this with them, they refused to address it in anyway whatsoever even with the receipt clearly documenting the data purchase and showing the transaction history that there were no charges made to it. Besides the fact that they voided the transaction five minutes after issuing the receipt.
Thankfully, there’s a lot of other Mexican restaurants. Every man’s gotta have a villain origin story don’t they?
