Shanasheel Restaurant & Bakery is amazing! The food is fresh and full of flavor, and their ash is one of the best I’ve ever had. The bread is warm and delicious, and the service is friendly and fast.
If you haven’t been here yet, you should definitely try it — you’ll love it!
When we informed the owner that the food was cold, instead of apologizing, he simply said, “It’s okay, I am warming it up.” No concern for the customer at all — which is unacceptable, especially considering that this restaurant is very expensive and customers rightfully expect better service.
The entire large restaurant was being handled by only one waiter, who was trying to serve three to four tables at the same time while also working as the cashier. Because of this poor management, our food got cold and the service suffered badly. It honestly feels like the owner is trying to save money on staff instead of providing proper service.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this restaurant used to be much better under the previous owner. I invited guests and their family tonight expecting a great experience — and instead, it was embarrassing.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you plan to bring guests.
What I expected to be a pleasant evening turned into a zero out of ten experience.
The food, service, cleanliness, decoration all have been amazing to me and always make me happy to be there.
The amount of the food for each meal is very good. Staff/servers are very respectful and friendly.
I have one note to the manager is to get more food servers because it was very busy and only 3 servers were managing everything. They did a great job but the amount of work for each one is not fair, so more servers to work during busy times are needed.
Food quantity was way less compared to last time we visited. They did not even gave us cutlery and the bread that comes with the main course. When we asked for it, they gave us stale bread which were cold and hard and plastic spoons and forks to eat. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Also the place was super hot as there was no air-conditioning or ventilation.
Food is good but Music is too loud.. We went to Shanasheel on a weekday. It was less crowded (which I wanted). The location is not that classy but once you enter the restaurant it is very nice. Ambience, service, halal food etc. Coffee is a must try and they have a wide variety of desserts / baklava. Prices are very reasonable and my kids also loved the food here. We will go back here sometime soon again. Hope that they will lower volume in our next visit.
I will start with the lamb shank it was so bad no flavor in it and is so small for the price is a bunch of rice and lamb so small test gross
The beef shawarma is not really shawarma at all
A lot of tomato in it and test so bad besides the wait time is 25 minutes while already the restaurant was so empty and nobody there
The only thing good and i recommend their baklava other then that this place is not like before is very bad
Wonderful staff.
I recommend it for everyone in the area to try the food, you won’t regret it…
Its worth it every penny…
Don’t forget the delicious dessert at the end of your meal.
Great for family gatherings and big events as well…..
