The young man Curtis that is working is busting his butt to give great service and he does but it seems that with as busy as he gets there should be more that just him here i ended up waiting and watching him from 6:48-7:50 and he was doing his very best. I give him 5 stars. The manager really needs to have at least 2 people in during dinner rush. This is not the first time I seen this with this young man. He should be in management training or a manager, just my opinion. Food was great. Service amazing just long.

I order a footlong there is barley any vegetable s my sub no.. tomatoes at . I order double meats and it dont look like double. I told the gentleman there that my sub didn’t look right he has a slight attitude cause I asked him if he cut it in 4 slices I showed him on the receipt where it said cut in 4 slices please and then when I realized it didn’t have enough veggies he said I don’t like putting alot on the subs. -Updated Review with today’s visit. This is my neighbor Subway. They change staff often so my reviews change when I visit this location. **Updated** the AC was on and you can tell the difference. The service was wonderful I really like the young lady, she has on her hair net & hat and has a great personality and even though under staffed she is pleasant
I can tell she takes ownership of the service she provides. I ordered a #15 new to the menu 33% more protein and 2x more cheese. The #15 sandwich is a hit!! I felt like I had a full serving of protein not just a salad in a sandwich! For years I felt the subway sandwiches never had enough protein on their sandwiches so #15 was finally the 2023 upgrade needed on the menu which is well priced so I upgraded to meals for the family. My son a very picky eater loves #15. Go by and try these new sandwiches definitely worth a visit to this location. Thank you for reading reviews and making adjustments I appreciate it as a customer and supporter of the business and it means the world in customer service to feel reviews help everyone customer and business alike which is why I update every visit.

Total waste of money asked for xtra cheese didn’t see any cheese let alone the provolone it was supposed to come with that wasnt there and and also paid xtra for fresh mozzarella that to was not there i did t receive not one cookie or either bag of chips the salads were absolutely disgusting soaking wet looked like it was put thru a chopper and completely drenched in wetness absolutely horrible will never order from this location EVER AGAINNN!!! Paid xtra for more protein also pd ctra for what ever deluxe is these salads were a joke looking at it made me feel like i would get sick from it like it was bad food my husband was like what the hell they do put it thru a food processor Yous should be ashamed!!!

This place has gotten more and more dirty everytime I go in it
The women’s bathroom looks like it has 6 months worth of dirty toilets noting works in bathroom. The amount of flies inside this place is insane. All flying around thr meats and food. Never again will I eat here and the lady didn’t cook thr bacon on my sandwich. N0w that i got home and tried to eat my sandwich ors hard as a rock. This is thr last time I come here. Subway has alot of work to do

Went twice for dinner over the last few days. Food is fine. Service is lacking.
First visit – though very nice, the girls working (two servers and the manager) spent more time talking amongst themselves than focusing on the order. I was not in a hurry but I found it slightly annoying it took almost 20 minutes to get through the line for one sammich.
The manager was of no assistance and talked about her plan to clock in/out.
Second visit- they were out of most all meats. Claimed that several people walked prior to my arrival.
Maybe if the manager from the previous visit had paid more attention to the store they could have noticed low stock?
Either way the only thing this location has going for them is their location. If any other restaurants open in this general area this station will need to seriously step up their game.

Says they are open Monday through Saturday 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. I’m here at 8:58 and they are still not open. They never open on time, ever. Very unprofessional. Also they have roaches and the restaurant and bathrooms are filthy. Reporting them to the health department.

If I could give it a negative star I would. Been there many times but I will not be back the quality was horrible. Brown lettuce, no tomatoes and the cucumbers were slimy. The bread was stale. But the employee did his best to cover the taste with a more than generous amount of mayonnaise. Gross is an understatement.

They “kindly” made me wait over half an hour for a order that was already completed digitally, gave no word on if it had already been taken by somebody or if they just decided to not do it yet. If you have the option just go to the other subways in the area. Unless you like horrible customer service and waiting for no reason

Ordered my food on the app and paid for it and they did not make the order. I had to show and tell them for 30 minutes that I have my order and then told me they don’t know what I’m asking and I will have to repay for my food. Over all the situation was fixed and I got my food but had to re order in person again. The staff didn’t have knowledge of what goes on the sub so I had to tell them. Need more training. Shouldn’t have taken 40 minutes when I’m the only one there
