Have been coming here for years and the food is like nothing else in the city! Staff know their stuff and can point you in the right direction depending on you palate. The culinary keyword here is “Modern Vietnamese”. So, I was studying the menu and quickly realized that I was not a modern Vietnamese Man, because I couldn’t comprehend the listed ingredients and was not familiar with the dish names. I was like, where the “pho” is the Pho? There was none.
