Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich with crinkle fries and power aid. My bun had flour all over it. Who can even eat this! I couldn’t even go back bc I was on my lunch break . Sadly I didn’t even get to eat.

I recently stopped by this Arby’s hoping for a sandwich packed with meat, but I left disappointed. I ordered a turkey bacon BLT and what I got was mostly bread and lettuce, with minimal meat. On top of that, the service was extremely slow despite the place being almost empty. It took a long time to get my order, and the sandwich cost over $10. Not the quality or service I expected.

This was my first visit to this Arby’s location. I stopped there to purchase carryout for my husband and myself since it wasn’t crowded (only 2 cars in the lot and one patron dining inside). Although the staff was friendly, greeted me, and was helpful in answering any questions I had, the orders I placed were made incorrectly and the ingredients used were of poor quality and definitely not fresh. (1) I ordered a turkey, bacon, and cheese on marble bread with no red onion and added crispy onion: the cheese slice was old and had begun crusting on the edges and part of the center – I had to throw it away. And the sandwich had red onions on it even though the order said to remove them I DESPISE raw onions and hate their scent and taste. I had to take them off the sandwich but their taste still affected the sandwich where they touched. (2) My husband ordered a roast beef sandwich with cheese sauce and crispy onions, 2 potato cakes and a Powerade drink: there was NO cheese sauce on the sandwich at all – cheese sauce is an extra cost so now we lost the value of what we paid for. (3) We also ordered an extra roast beef sandwich (free from signing up through the app) with cheese sauce (extra cost) and honey mustard dipping sauce: again, there was no cheese sauce AND no dipping sauce with the order – again, we lost the value of what we paid for. The Powerade drink was full of carbonated water but contained little syrup which indicates the drink machine wasn’t set to mix properly. And the potato cakes weren’t fresh and were mushed more like wet hashbrowns. Unfortunately, we didn’t discover all of these issues until we got home and it was too far and too late to head back to the store. If the kitchen is out of cheese sauce and dipping sauces, they should let the customer know so he or she can decide if they want to change their order or are okay with a substitution. Even for carry out, let the customer know rather than not providing the item (especially ones that cost extra) and not saying anything. For this reason, service gets 1 star. After signing in to provide my review, I see now this particular location has been having problems for months which doesn’t seem to be improving. I hope management will follow through with training and stressing the importance of using fresh ingredients in their kitchens. Although this location is convenient in that it’s in a shopping area, it’s not worth supporting if customer service and operations don’t improve.

Won’t return! Food and service were pretty bad.. roast beef was Luke warm and fries were Luke warm and chewy! 4pm on a Friday afternoon. For $10 I expect a lot more! Also, staff looked very unprofessional and like they were annoyed they had to be there! Ridiculous attitude

The last time I was there I asked for them to cut my sandwich in half. When I got my food I asked if they cut it and was told yes (as I was sharing the sandwich with my mother). It was not. So today when I went and asked again if they would cut the sandwich, I was told they aren’t allowed to do that. Why??? The Ruben sandwich always comes cut in half. Anyway, they said they would give me a knife to cut it myself. I had to pull forward to wait for my food and guess what…no knife, and the fries were cold and nasty.

Ordered as shown below from DoorDash. For context I am pregnant. As someone who’s boyfriend has even gone here with me on my lunch break and after work we have never seen their burgers come out so absolutely pink and taste disgusting upon biting into them too I’m so disgusted and disappointed. Mind you it’s not recommended for any pregnant women to eat anything with pink. Everything else they made came out perfect but these were completely unacceptable for them to give out to anyone. Of course I’m in contact with DoorDash for this but I want to let you, Arby’s, know this should have never been sent out to anyone. Thanks for the waste of my money and a “nice” lunch. (adding on to this because I forgot) as shown on DoorDash order and then in the picture one burger with cheese was requested no pickles the other burger without cheese (bottom one on picture) was requested with pickles. Don’t understand that one either.

This place is a joke, always has been. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes on a roast beef…it’s not like I asked you to slow roast a pig for me. 10 others cars came and left, still no food had been brought out. I will never give my business to this place again. Not to mention, watched a worker drop some chicken tenders and proceeded to laugh and look to see if anyone saw.

I waited over 25min. in the drive through with ONE car in front of me. That is insane. They forgot one of my sandwiches and made the other one with ingredients missing. The fries were of course cold after having to wait that long.

Drive through took 20 minutes for a roast beef that is supposed to be their main thing. The specials you see on the advertisements for Arby’s are no where to be found here as well.
