Serving up wood-fired sourdough pizzas that are crispy, chewy, and loaded with generous toppings. Each 12” pie is hand crafted with quality ingredients that taste as good as they look, from blistered crusts to vibrant, fresh flavors.

The ordering setup is casual and efficient. You check the menu posted at the entrance, place your order at the bar, then take a number and settle in at one of the wooden tables. Staff is minimal.

Ordered the Pepperoni and the Bee Sting. Both were hot and cheesy. The Bee Sting had a touch of sweetness. A decent selection of wines and canned craft beers.

The decor is eclectic and full of personality. Mismatched chairs, funky wall art, and cozy lighting.

If you’re looking for a casual bite or a something different for date night, this place is worth checking out. Open Thursday through Sunday evenings. Hours vary by day.

Ordered take-out. First time there. Dining room was very nice, and it was cool to see their massive fire oven pizza in the dining room. I was recommended the Bee Sting by the call taker. Pizza was very tasty with a perfect hint of sweetness. This is my kind of pizza – authentic style. The sauce and cheese was tasty. The crust was alittle tough, maybe due to 10 mins car ride. Evenso, its now my new favorite place. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for quality and authentic style pizza. Will be back soon..

First time going here. The pizza toppings were very tasty. The crust was paper thin and soggy, seems the dough did not proof long enough. The service was not personable or friendly. The dining room was more like a highschool gymnasium.
Overall I would not recommend. High price for what you actually get. $3.95 for a can of warm pop is just a money grab.
Hope you last.

One of the best places to get *real* pizza. The best ingredients, the best oven = the best pizza. I sat on the patio for dinner a few times last summer and the vibes are absolutely stellar. Worth every penny!! Oh, and they have non-alcoholic beer on the menu so it’s actually 6/5 stars

I wasn’t going to take a photo, but when I tasted the pizza, I needed to.
Hands down some of the best pizza in St. Thomas and beyond.
The sauce is homemade, the ingredients are fresh and well paired with delicious sauces.
Nice patio, pizza, and cold beer.I can’t wait to go back.
You have to try this place if you like wood fired pizza.

What a pleasant surprise we had trying your pizza! I confess we weren’t confident, as we’ve tried several places in different cities in Ontario and none surprised us like your pizza. It was one disappointment after another… But your pizza, finally, was perfect. Good ingredients, very well made, unparalleled flavor. Well-fermented dough and that touch of wood-fired oven that gives it a sensual smoky flavor. Congratulations, for us, it was the best pizza we’ve tried here in Canada.

Who’s in the mood for pizza? This little gem will not disappoint. Unique flavors with monthly special pizzas are truly delicious! The chili crisp is a must. And don’t forget to pair your meal with local beverages. The pizza oven is a masterpiece. Also available are frozen pizzas to take home for when you don’t want to cook.

I like how they use sourdough for their pizzas. Ordered takeout so wasnt sure if it was a long wait like the other reviews suggest. We enjoyed the margherita, the menu isn’t so big which is nice – seems like everyone has their favourites. Id love to try the other ones, will be back!

Brand New Wood Oven Restaurant in St Thomas. This place is amazing and I will be bring back friends and Family. Its not your ordinary Pizza joint. These are traditional wood oven pizzas that will bring your taste buds back to the old country. The crisp crust and sold chew will enlighten the most discerned pallet. These are just like what I had I Rome! The Margarita Pizza was my favorite followed by the Sting.

Edit: we were not advised we could carry a tab or else we would have and we were also not informed that a hungry person should order a full pizza or we also would have. I see you don’t accept constructive criticism well. But great food so thanks for that.

We finally got here! Pizza is to die for, their house made lemonade is delicious and the brownie is so good!

You order and pay at the counter then they bring you the food. This seems okay until you need another drink. Up to the front to pay again. Then you order dessert and have to pay again for that. A little odd.

We ordered 1 pizza to share and as we were waiting for our order, we noticed most people were ordering 1 pizza per person. We ended up leaving hungry because we didn’t order enough. I would have also loved to see some appetizers on the menu. Only pizza and beer. Unfortunately, they only have 1 pizza oven so the wait for 1 pizza was about 40 minutes.

The restaurant is all open concept so it was extremely loud in there with a few full tables.

Staff is very friendly and the place seemed very clean.

We might try take out next time and eat it at home.
