This is where perfection comes together. Best views (of Puivert Castle and Lake), fine cuisine and professional service.

The €36 menu offers culinary expertise unmatched by any other restaurant in this Quillan area. Five main courses: beef, pork, lamb, fish and vegetarian.

Everything is prepared with as much love as the decor of the restaurant. Pleasantly calm, simple and enchanting. We’ll be back, several times!

Delicious food and friendly service. They change their menu frequently so don’t print it in English, but were more than happy to explain it to us as we unfortunately don’t speak much French.
