Service at this Subway location was poor from the start. The employee preparing the sandwiches appeared disengaged, rude, and inattentive, resulting in multiple mistakes. When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, our request was ignored.
More concerning was the lack of basic hygiene. When we asked for a misplaced food item to be removed from the sandwich, the employee wiped her face while holding the produce. She then placed that same item back into the clean container used to store food for customers. Food that has been contaminated should never be returned to containers intended for customer use.
We also overheard the manager instructing the employee to clean and sanitize the area. The employee refused, stating she did not have enough time. There should always be time for food safety.
The manager did offer to remake the sandwich, but by that point we were concerned about cleanliness and potential cross contamination. We chose to leave without our food. Customers should not have to question hygiene standards when ordering a meal.

For starters, the employees made the ordering process difficult, customer service was terrible, they were incredibly pushy and critical to me and others, though I would normally say subway is a great place to eat at this place was not the best, food as well like spinach was mixed with other condiments, they seemed to not care whatsoever.

Bright and clean location, this store has just reopened under new management as of September 2019. I highly recommend this location if you are into Subway, they have some amazing deals and with such a slick new space it’s a whole new experience!

Man oh man. I know Subway has been going through a revamp and it shows! The customer service here was fantastic. They were so kind. The food was the freshest I have ever had at a Subway. Plenty of meat, cheese, and toppings. Thank you for a fantastic sandwich.

The food was good and the staff built the sandwich do it wasn’t wimpy. Mu only real issue was I think it’s inappropriate to tell a customer you don’t like your job because people call out too much. As a customer I have no control over that. I’m polite, pick up after myself, and order efficiently. That’s where my part stops.
