Slow day and somehow they still got my order wrong. Ordered cheese stuff garlic bread. They gave me someone else’s order or made the wrong order that included BACON, Jalapeños & Yellow cheese instead of Mozzarella.

The problem is that their pre-measured portions of the toppings is too small. When a restaurant is too frugal with the toppings, the pizza is not desirable.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. When I called to place a pickup order, the person who answered was extremely rude. Instead of taking my order, he told me to order online. I explained that I had specific requests and would prefer to place the order by phone, but he hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, this store never accepts coupons—even the ones Domino’s provides. They always push customers to order online, but that doesn’t work for everyone.
I strongly urge Domino’s corporate or management to take serious action regarding the behavior of the staff at this location. Good customer service is key to running

Tried to order here. Easy process. Food never arrived. After more than 1.5h they just canceled our order.

Did the large pizza turn into a medium pizza or is it just my imagination? Last few times I ordered here a large, it seemed to be smaller. I guess they’re just giving less now for the same price rather than raising the price. Whatever.. Definitely not the large pizza they were selling a year ago.

Zero stars! We placed our order close to 2 hours ago. When I called an hour ago the person who picked up the phone insisted that they were getting the pizza out now, and had the nerve to laugh a little when I told him if they didn’t come we would cancel the order. We had the same problem last time, and we had since forgotten why we don’t order from this location. I don’t know if they’re short staffed but the quality of service is horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. Never ordering from the location AGAIN!

This location is horrible. I ordered and picked up. They had attitudes. I came home to eat with my son. My son opened up the pastas, I ordered 2 Alfredo pastas, none of them had Alfredo sauce on them. They gave me hard pasta that my son said was not edible. I called them and asked them to remake the food and have it delivered as I had 2 hungry kids with me. They never showed up but kept telling me that the driver had already left to deliver my food. I waited an entire hour after them saying the driver is already out. Mind you I don’t even live 10 minutes away from the location by car. So I went over there and said listen my son no longer wants it. I want a refund as you didn’t make my order properly, and we waited an hour and a half for them not to deliver the food. And they tried to say oh but the driver is out with your food. Well… too late now my son lost his appetite from waiting for the food. After arguing with them for 15 minutes, they finally gave my a refund. Never ordering from that location again. The worst service. And this wasn’t the first incident with them. But damn sure will be the last.

Another one – hot out of the oven. The sauce did not overpower the other ingredients; my husband usually request light sauce but today, he was pleasantly surprised as I did not request it. We finished the pie in one setting. We were too hungry to take pictures today. it was a free pie & it was very good.
