Food: Tried the quesadilla con pastor y consume. Amazing! Their tortilla was definitely homemade and fluffy. It soaked the consume extremely well. The pastor was cooked to perfection pero I noticed the street sign after that they specialize in pollo asado. Need to try chicken next time. Consume had amazing flavors. A perfect addition for any entree here.
Service: The owners most likely don’t speak English. So they had their daughter at the counter for us gringos. (I could be wrong lol) But she was very nice and accommodating.
Atmosphere: Their food truck is very modernized and there is covered dining area if you want to eat there. They are located next to a gas station.
I didn’t get a picture of the quesadilla chiapanecas because I ate it all and forgot…..
All in all. Great start to their business and will be coming here to try their entire menu. Next is un torta! Muchos gracias!!!

Tacos and burritos are amazing! Horchata is delicious as well! That’s all I’ve tried but I will be back!! Super reasonable prices too!
