Customer service is absolutely awful.
I truly hope the owner looks at this. I hate writing bad reviews but this has gone on for months and months. It’s the worst continual experience I’ve ever had with a food restaurant. I would love to change my review to a positive one. But often times this place doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve even been in there before when one girl told the other girl not to answer the phone because we have too much stuff to do already. And my family were the only customers in the building. Today we called multiple times and let it ring until it stopped ringing and no one answered. We ordered online it said the order was going to be ready in 20 mins and when she got there 20 mins later they had not even started on the sandwiches.

Got treated like a dog because I told them my sandwich was made wrong. Accused me of not getting sandwich from there . The owner was very rude too!

Went in to get dinner and no one ever came to the front. I’ve never had a great experience here (rude workers with attitude usually) but still usually get my food and take it in stride as I understand how hard it can be sometimes. I stood in lobby for 15 minutes no one ever came to the front I called out 3 times with no answer, I work in food service and this is completely unacceptable, I will be calling to speak with the general manager about my experience.

Went to get dinner at 9:15pm and there sign said open but the lights were out and the doors were locked and they are suppose to be open til 10pm . Was not happy and will be calling in the morning and speaking with a manager about this .

Very rude staff. They didn’t have enough topping in the case and when I asked for the normal amount they started slamming the containers around and picking items OFF my sandwich. Very unpleasant experience. First and last time coming here.

We came to Subway 01/11/24.
Some girl who said she had been there 3 months (don’t know her name) was slow and rude. She made up online orders that were loaded and JUST came through instead of taking care of our 2 SIMPLE orders first. She was goofing off with I guess her brother and took about 20 minutes just to make 4 sandwiches. We waited patiently and for whatever reason, she was down right RUDE as we were ordering and checking out. I was trying to make small conversation and asked for more pickles and apologized because I wanted extra and she wouldn’t look at us, smile, say anything back and just shoved our food at us with an attitude.

Stopped here on our way back home from a basketball tournament with my family at 8:45 pm. Online and the door had closing time posted as 10:00 pm. We tried to quickly divide our food to eat so we didn’t have to eat in the car and we were told they close at 9:00pm. Please update your times online and on your door. Also, I find it poor customer service to set a family out and not allow them to dine in. A lady walked to the door at 9:02 and I watched the girl working lock the door as the lady was walking to it. She turned to us and said “they’re closed it’s only 9:00?”
