Stopped by for the first time today. Their chicken is so juicy. Love the breading and season. Staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond. Love the “Welcome to the Bird” right as folks walked in. Impressed with the strawberry lemonade and honestly, I’ve never had a Mac N Cheese that tastes so delicious. It kind of reminded me of a gravy Mac, like the taste of a really delicious gravy. Will be back to taste more on the menu, recommend you try it out. Family meal deal at $38.99 for a night when we need a family meal might be on the docket! Thank you for coming to our city!

This was my first time at The Bird. I sat at the drive thru window for over 20 min – I don’t mean I waited in line, I mean I was at the window, paid, waiting for my food. Eventually an order was handed to me, which was not my order at all. Turns out they gave my order to someone else (presumably in-store) and had to completely re-make my order. Staff member apologized and mentioned some items were added to my bag. I get home and I am actually missing an entire item, after all of that. Thankfully I declined the tip they asked for up front – in the drive thru window! Food was ok, kindof bland but not terrible. I definitely will not be going back.

We love the food! The Bird is a family favorite. Especially the mashed potato bowl and mini chocolate cream pie! But for this review I am focusing on the service. The workers at The Bird are generally friendly and professional high schoolers from our area, but today they went above and beyond! My car’s battery gave up the ghost on the duce l drive through. The employees were concerned but patient, finding ways to work around my van blocking the way for a while. And then, Gilberto, Sammy, and Sophie came to the rescue pushing my car to a safe parking spot, and all with a smile on their faces.
Great food great employees. 10/10, I’ll be back again.

I needed a quick meal, so I ordered online for fast pickup, and it was ready right after I arrived. This was my first visit, and the staff were welcoming and answered questions. The fry sauce and ranch dressing were both bland (almost watered-down taste). I did not try the other dressings, but the seasoning on the chicken was good, and the chicken was tender. The fries needed salt, but they were well-cooked.

The Bird has some of the most juiciest tender chicken I’ve ever had. It’s phenomenal. Their wing sauce is really good they have a bunch of different ones but I like their hot wing sauce. It’s always fresh and done correctly.

Have been meaning to try this place for awhile now and finally had the opportunity. My friend and I both got the chicken bites. They came out very fresh and hot. I would give them a 4 1/2, they were good but not exceptional. My friend liked her fries but my Mac and cheese was a little underwhelming.

I was blown away by the service at The Bird in North Ogden! I’ve seen some reviews mentioning wait times, but that was definitely not my experience. The team was hustling and got our food out to us fast, fresh, and piping hot. The young lady who helped us was so friendly and efficient—she really made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see such a hardworking crew that still keeps a smile on their face. Great job to the staff, we will be back!

Tried a new restaurant in the neighborhood yesterday. The Bird is one of the restaurants the has recently opened in the Pleasant View area.
I was thoroughly underwhelmed. Although the atmosphere was pretty cool, the chicken was as basic as it gets. It had a decent flavor but nothing distinct about it.
The Mac and Cheese was also very basic. I was surprised when I asked for salt, to find out that the had no salt. A restaurant with no salt
Ultimately, there was nothing about the food here that stuck out to me. There was nothing about the service that stuck out to me. This was the ultimate 2.5 out of five star experience.
I don’t think I’ll go back.

We would rate the overall experience 5.75/10. The food is okay. The main reason also is because the sauce is lacking. There are MANY options, but all the options are kind of gross. The Mac and cheese has no flavor. The honey mustard has no flavor. The chicken was VERY juicy, but it’s anything amazing. I liked how there wasn’t too much breading, but nothing outstanding about anything here. The fries are very basic also. Not anything to rave about or crave here. The price was acceptable for what we got though in this economy. The inside is also very tiny and the chairs are so close together it’s kind of outrageous.

I will not eat here again! We got home from drive thru (ordered bites, sandwich meal and 2 salads). No chicken for the salad. And very little dressing provided. We had to drive back to pick up the chicken. When we commented on the lack of lettuce and cheese in the salad the woman said “it just shifted..that’s why I don’t eat this salad because of the spring greens. I like romaine.” Would not give more cheese or greens. Got a blank look when my husband walked in and said “I called about my salad not having chicken “. Blank stares. Will NOT eat here again! Chicken was blah!
