I’ve been going here since I was a kid with my grandparents. Hands down my FAVORITE restaurant. It’s probably just my own experience but the atmosphere is very nostalgic and I’ve never found Chinese food that even comes close to being as good as their chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. It’s so good Service can be kinda rude sometimes but still so worth it. I prefer their indoor seating rather than take out. It’s just a better experience and they serve you this amazing black tea in these cute cups. Unfortunately I only have pictures of takeout. Sorry. Highly recommend. Go try the chicken fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken!

I have been going here for more than 2 decades now, such an amazing spot! I had plans changed last minute on New Years Eve, I called and placed a big order which was ready on time! In general this spot is amazing & the food is authentic and delicious! Highly recommended.

I really enjoy coming here for lunch or dinner. The music is never too loud where you can carry on a good conversation, always a very good amount of food and the price is extremely affordable. It is without a doubt one of the best Chinese restaurants in all of the state. I can’t think of anyplace where you can get 2 full meals including soup, egg rolls, fried rice, 2 glasses of wine, and a dozen almond cookies for under $40

Carry out customer several times and can’t be happier with the choices made each time. General TSOs, Beef Lo Mei, Kung Pao Chicken, and Spring rolls were all great on my last pickup. Will be diving deeper into the menu just because these were delicious.

The Customer service is horrible, The owner talks to you any kind of way. The taste of the food has totally declined. It used to be worth the 30min drive and the rudeness was tolerable considering there isn’t any other good Chinese take out around. A mistake was made with my food and instead of the owner correcting it he decided to argue with me, The shrimp in the fried rice taste old and frozen. The lo mein was nothing but noodles with a bad taste no type of sauce at all. If you want soy sauce or any other sauce you will be paying an extra fee for it. I will not be returning & if you don’t believe me as far as the rudeness just call the phone and see how he answers!

I took my mom out here last Saturday afternoon for lunch . This is the first time
that we dinned inside. We usually pick up carryout. So we decided to try dining and instead.
I must say that he food at the Dragon Light restaurant, has never disappointed!
The owners, and the staff, and the service is always excellent and very friendly.
We ordered the Shrimp lo mein, an order of egg rolls, and The Singapore noodles all of the dishes were very tasty and delicious!
Five stars for the Dragon Light restaurant!!!

I thought the food was pretty good overall, but nothing exceptional. The prices are very good, though. My one major complaint is I found a huge hair in my food as soon as it got to the table. Couldn’t have been mine because I have very short hair. I didn’t mention it because I don’t find it as gross as some people, and I just wanted to eat, but that’s unacceptable for sure. Either way, not a bad restaurant.

Food use to always be good. Just got an order and everything is old and tastes burnt and its not the first time either. Place has been going downhill lately so hopefully doesn’t continue or will have to go elsewhere

We passed this place many times and decided to stop in today. We started out with some tea, crab rangoon, and some egg drop soup. The tea was served in a pot that looks like it’s never been washed. It was filthy inside. The egg drop soup had no flavor and tasted like plain flour. The crab Rangoon was fried in old, dirty oil, and the filling inside was curdled. We decided to just end it with that and not eat anything else and just pay for what we had ordered. Our server, who was rude from the get-go, decided that it was ok for him to tip himself without saying anything until we noticed the charge on the receipt. That’s stealing!
I would not ever spend my hard earned working money at this place of business. I wouldn’t even eat here if it was free.
Shame on you! business owner
