This was an extremely disappointing visit. My mom and I choose this place because she doesn’t like sushi but loves hibachi. We order everything at once and the only change I make to my two sushi roll’s is no avocado. She gets a chicken hibachi with miso soup and a salad. Her soup and salad come out after about 5 minutes of ordering which is great her hibachi comes out about 10 minutes after that. After another 20 minutes and her being already half way done eating ONE of my rolls finally comes out and has avocado in it. I don’t bother to say anything and just pick out as much of it as I can which isn’t much since it’s practically mush. After another 20 minutes and my mom being completely done eating (Also to note she is a slow eater and was trying to eat slower because she didn’t want either of us to eat alone) the waitress finally comes over I tell her about the avocado and ask about my second roll she responds with “Let me go check on that” she’s gone for a while comes back asks me if I don’t want avocado on this one too and is gone for another long while, I’m talking about 10 to 15 minutes. Mind you tables that have sat after us have gotten full meals and multiple sushi rolls many times at this point. After finally getting the roll which was surprisingly made correctly she brought out the check that had a note under the second roll that said “DO NOT MAKE”.
For the price we paid this was an absolutely horrible experience.

I’m giving them a 2 star sole because I LOVE NONA normally is 10/10 when I eat INSIDE however, it seems like their to-go dinner cooks SUCK. Although the food is still good, it’s dry and not drenched in sauce how it normally is when sitting down to eat. That seems to be the only time they get it right, when you’re inside. The to-go always seems soo rushed. They didn’t even make my sushi right this time, and the food is too costly to ALWAYS be bad ordering to go. Inside 10/10. To-Go? 2/10

My girlfriend and I came for a sushi date night and I’m so glad we chose to come here. We drive pass this place almost everyday so we decided to stop here, it was very last minute but near by to where we were at. We did come around closing time so I wasn’t expecting the best. The food is good and you can’t beat the prices. It was definitely homey, very comfortable not too dressy. For a food place in Fayetteville and sushi/hibachi/seafood at that, it’s not bad at all. I give this place a 10/10.

This one is hard because atmosphere is good, server to our table was good, but the food was so sub par!
Pro:
– atmosphere (1st impression of the inside is great)
– menu is good
– alcohol selection good
– Xavier our server was good and tried hard
Con:
– food was lacking ( bad miso soup, bad cuts of tuna and salmon) tempura was unseasoned..
– the staff outside our server were just hanging around melingering, on their phones. Just a super bad look for the atmosphere they are trying to project.
– expensive
– for a non land locked state I expected better quality fish.
Their specialty sushi might appease a most western crowd. I like my sushi simple and let the quality determine the taste, not the condiments added.

Expect to be seated at a dirty table. Staff will spray bleach and sweep dust everywhere while you’re eating. Drink selection is good. Food selection is good. The food itself was lacking, thankfully they have a decent amount of sauces. Wait 40 min for food if you dont order sushi. Staff will sit next to you at tables and gossip. I dont mind a young staff, but when a client comes in and spends $50-100 i expect better service. I couldve eaten anywhere. Don’t come here close to 8 even if they close at 10 —just dont do it. I’ve managed several places and i know they can do better. If you come here just come during lunch. Or order takeout.
