Lady owner and older lady (doddy) I believe is her family are nasty every time I have a dash there. Today complaining I was late. Order was to be picked up by 8,:58 I was there 8 minutes earlier so what is their problem? Should not run a subway if you’re miserable
Also if something is on sale like energy drinks 2/6$ they NEVER ring up and they refuse to give sale price

It’s not a 5 star restaurant as some people think it should be… Personally I’ve never had a single issue with the accuracy of our orders. Food is always good and the service is prompt. I don’t expect more than that.

Cookies are NEVER ready for customers
Today I got cussed out for canceling an order yesterday that was not ready they were baking cookies yet hot sub was ready so it would be cold in 10 minutes and I had another hot order in car that I wasn’t going to let get cold on customer. Today she cussed me out for it and said she could hold my customers hot sub for another 5 minutes and proceeded to slam it on the counter.
This is the only restaurant in mansfield that never has orders ready or very close to it. The only restaurant in mansfield with rude nasty managers she claimed she’s the owner.
Doordash customers I highly recommend using the other subway them girls are good and friendly.
I reported it to doordash and corporate who are both looking into the matter.

The bathrooms were clean, but customer service sucked!! She didn’t ask if we wanted to dine in or take out the cashier just handed us a bag with no receipt. Then well we sat down to eat our lunch…. The two staff members, One in the kitchen and one in the dining area. Began cussing at each other over a online order. They didn’t even know we were in the dinning area!

I’m very much not pleased with the subs that I just brought home. We drove all the way to Mansfield from Oakland to get dinner tonight. We get back home with our subs and almost half of our toppings are off. Not only as half of our toppings off, our bread is saturated with the sauces we chose. Very upset.

Delicious subs, rolls and ingredients are always fresh and made to order. Rolls are generously filled with your selected deli products and prices are reasonable. Business remained open to serve the community through the COVID -19 pandemic.
