Bruschetta was top tier, might be better than the routine diced up version (also served on what seemed like toasted/grilled focaccia bread delivered by the gods themselves, and not a crunchy over baked cruton bread like most places) . Filet (cooked perfectly) and steak marsala was also amazing. Great staff and atmosphere. 10/10

First time trying this place. The waitstaff and atmosphere were both very pleasant. The booths were a bit narrow, meaning we were bumping feet a lot. If you get a seafood dish, ask for an appetizer plate for the shells. Neither of us tried the steaks, but the pasta was quite good.

We were on a road trip exploring areas of interest . Came by one day and saw the restaurant , information and menu was shared with us. We were very impressed and returned the next day for dinner . Our meals were delicious , I am not into Italian cuisine but this restaurant meals I was ‘sold ‘to return again ! presentation of our food was beautiful and our server Keelan absolutely amazing ! Atmosphere was inviting , love the layout and open concept for dining . Facility is very clean and must say I love the cuttery.

Regardless- While vacationing in Sault Sainte Marie, we tried Italian Prime Cut based on its convenient location across from our hotel (Hampton Inn). Sadly, the overall dining experience was disappointing.
The highlight was the warm, soft bread rolls—they were excellent. After making two request. Our server did bring back some additional ones unfortunately he left them in the warm or too long and they were a little bit burned.
I had the Italian beef hoagie with mozzarella and caramelized onions, plus a side of fries ($18). The sandwich was moist and had decent flavor, and the fries were tasty but too greasy.
My wife’s steak salad ($18) came with stale lettuce and a chewy, gristly steak. Even after sending it back to be cut, it remained difficult to eat. She left more than half of it untouched.
Our daughter ordered the beef tips appetizer ($15), which had the same problem—tough, gristly meat, despite flavorful onions and mushrooms.
When we shared our concerns, our server offered a free dessert to make up for it, but returned 10 minutes later with only an apology after being unable to find a manager.
From our unfortunate experience – Unless you’re stopping by just for the rolls, we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant

Loved the fresh, handmade pasta. Had the happy hour spaghetti with lamb & beef meatballs as an appetizer, then the chicken alfredo with broccolini as my entree, with plenty left over. Wine menu was great – will have the chianti again for sure. Staff was very friendly as well; would love to go again!

Sometimes you just need a steak, you know? That was me today. We were so happy to stumble upon this cute restaurant. The calamari was divine, the 14oz ribeye was everything I needed (and then some), and the potatoes were so crispy and good. I was so happy when she set the dinner rolls down, a great little bonus as no one serves bread anymore. The limoncello spritzer was excellent, as well as the service. A very nice experience all around. My husband and I almost never get to go out without our toddler and we had a lovely little afternoon date.

My wife and I had dinner here and the food was fantastic. She had the Steak Marcella and I had the Lamb Ragu and both were absolutely delicious. We also shared a berry crostata for dessert which was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back here soon to try another of their amazing sounding entrees. If you want terrific Italian food in when in Sault Ste Marie, MI this is the place to go.

We had a great meal here! The building looks full on the outside, but nicely decorated and modern on the inside. Drink prices were reasonable. Food was delicious, steaks cooked to perfection. Staff were very nice and friendly. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good quality meal while up north.

Tried for the first time tonight. Definitely recommended. Service was great and prompt. The food was excellent had the steak and fries with demi glaze the sauce was very good l, steak was cooked perfectly. Will definitely come back! Glad to see another great restaurant in Soo Michigan!
