In trying out the different coffee houses in Northern Cali, Chocolate Fish was the most expensive. They offer milk alternatives but not the coconut milk I was looking for. However, it was made with love.

Great coffee and matcha! If I ever need coffee beans I will stop here. They have a stamp card for coffee beans that will eventually get you a free bag, and if you use your phone number you get get rewards points for drinks! There was one occasion that I found the bamboo matcha whisk piece had broken off into my drink – didn’t love that – but all my other visits I have never had any issues with their drinks

This is one of my favorite local coffee spots! They have seasonal lattes that are super delicious and smooth. It’s usually fairly quiet and I like to sit and get some work done here as well.

I only got the white chocolate mocha. Large one for $7.00 +1 tip total $8.00 for about a 16oz. Highest price mocha we ever paid for sure. Was delicious though! I came in for the first time and asked the lady if she can make it less sweet (less pumps) she said the large is not as sweet. So I trusted her judgment and she was right. Was made perfect. I haven’t tried the reg coffee yet but came back next day because the wCM was so good! How we this time it was more milk. It was to go and for 8 bucks I would have just asked for another but I was already gone.

Chocolate Fish Coffee has EXPANDED TO FOLSOM! I am so excited! Went here for my birthday and it was their 2nd day open. I can’t brag enough about how good their coffee is and I was so happy to not be disappointed. Though it is only their 2nd day open, there was no training issues, or drinks not up to the Chocolate Fish Standard. Every time I’ve come here their drinks have been good from the moment the first velvety froth touches my lips to the last drop I patiently wait for to roll out of the cup!

Visited Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters and tried the iced matcha latte and iced flash cold brew. Drinks were okay, but nothing special. The interior is decently sized, featuring 6 tables and 14 bar seats. There are two bathrooms, although they were somewhat dirty. Drinks are served in small plastic cups. Parking is free and plenty of spaces. The staff seemed friendly but lacked in-depth knowledge and unfortunately messed up one of our orders.

Nice grinders ( Mahlkonig peak ) and
nice Italian Lamarzocco Strada espresso machine that must be good taste of coffee can enjoy.
Espresso and Americano ( knit ) was wonderful that can strongly recommend .
Please try to be out of French &Italian roasting coffee and enjoy single origin light ,Medium roasting coffee beans without cream and sugar .

The food, drinks, and service were great, but when I entered the coffee shop, there was a strong stench of cigarettes. I’ve got lung issues and I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, but a coffee shop should not have a smoking environment. Will not be coming back here.
