Waited in the drive-thru for TWENTY-FIVE minutes for a mobile order that was incorrect and incomplete the first 2 times it was given to us. Took us thirty minutes to get one cheeseburger (that should have been plain), four burnt nuggets, and eight jalapeño poppers. Staff was rude and unapologetic.
Reviewing so I remember to never return to this location but also because I absolutely would not recommend to anyone else either.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Thought going in would be quicker. Six people working and no one comes to take my order for 5 minutes. No sense of urgency. Surprisingly, food was hot!!

Food took way too long, they forgot about my order multiple times. Everyone was friendly except the manager, who definitely was on a power trip on her employees and snippy with other customers as well. Tables and floors in lobby were dirty.

A very long wait (10-15 mins) both inside and drive thru. Not the first time. At least the cashier was cordial this time. I work nearby and occasionally I want BK. Pay good staff more money and hire more help. If you keep this methodology of less employees, pay less you’ll get less. Maybe this will lead to less sales, satisfaction and the loss of your business

I bought a double cheeseburger, it only had one piece of unmelted cheese. They only gave me one napkin, I ordered two items. When I called them no one answered the phone. The parking lot has more holes than a piece of Swiss cheese. Most times they won’t even take your order at the drive through until the person in front of you has their food, creating a long line and a very long wait.
They cheated me out of a piece of cheese, that bothers me most of all.

Wish I could put negative stars, staff is rude and does not communicate. Waited in drive thru to be told to wait more than once. This is not service at all. Staff must have better things to than there JOB and take care of customers. I am a general manager in food service and this was unacceptable. I will make sure to go out of my way to go to a different location next time.

I’m not the complaining type of person, I know how stressful the service industry is. However the service was beyond rude. Every time I would order an item the cashier would say is that it? Like I was inconveniencing her, missing plenty of opportunities to upsell a drink dessert or anything. I ordered a fish sandwich with tartar sauce on the side and was told we don’t have anything to put tartar sauce in you can have it on the sandwich or not at all.when I got to the window to pay, I couldn’t find my card, which seemed to aggravate the cashier. She puts my drink out the window and releases it before I fully have it in my hand, luckily I caught it. I included photos of my food. I’ve never had pickles on fish, the lettuce is garbage. Mayonnaise is just slapped on both sides of the buns of the chicken sandwich.Then I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no mustard, they put mustard on it. Instead of correcting it they drowned it with ketchup. I would understand if it was busy but they only had 4 guests. Do better your paying guests deserve better.

This place is horrible! Their food was undercooked, took too long due to employees standing around chatting with each other, lack of service in customer service, (rude until they are ready to address you) cleanliness is a joke, employees eating while making food! You can see all of this from the drive thru window, inside is just the same it’s unfortunate.

The worst restaurant ever!! I just left from there and my order was wrong and made wrong on purpose. For one, I was told they was only taking orders from the app, but the car in front of me just ordered. I said that to the female taking orders. They went ahead and took my order but messed the order up on purpose. What a way to ruin my meal I paid for just because the workers are being lazy. It was not close to closing time so I don’t understand the excuses or intentionally not making the order right.
