Best Won Ton Pi & Hong Kong Style noodles….great chewy texture. I vacuum seal, freeze and bring back to Japan all the time. Hard to find this kind of wrapper in Japan…they mostly have gyoza wrappers here which is not good for Cantonese Won Ton….it over cooks quick and your left with a soggy blob of Won ton. The cashier/?owner? is All business so you better have your ducks in a row!

Freshly made noodles and wrappers – there were probably over 10 types of noodles and 5+ types of wrappers. The wonton noodles were chewy and bouncy. We bought extra to take home – popped them in the fridge then brought them in our luggage!
