Not consistent. Usually they are good but the Pizza today was too soft and squishy, with craters all over the bottom and seemed not cooked properly. They explained why and did offer to give a credit for next time.

I placed a pickup order online and realized I made a mistake. I called the store, and the young man who answered was super friendly and helpful—he quickly fixed the issue with no hassle. My order was ready right on time, and both pizzas were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, it’s the best pizza we’ve had in a while. Great service and great food!

Stopped by the brand-new Papa Johns location in the Market Walk Publix Center (8723 Fort Hamer Rd BLDG 5 UNIT 102, Parrish, FL 34219) on a super busy Friday night (4/4/25) and I was so impressed! Despite the rush, the team stayed composed, focused, and full of energy. Special shoutout to Emma at the front counter, who was professional, friendly, and handled the line like a pro.
The pizza was piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious—exactly what you want from a Friday night dinner. You could tell the staff really takes pride in what they do. The whole team was engaged and enthusiastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even better.

Great energy from a young staff, very responsive to any issues that pop up. I’ve had issues ordering pizzas online without pizza sauce (my son can’t have it), seems that the online system doesn’t translate this order correctly to the store because they have added sauce several times.
Luckily they have always promptly made us a new pizza without sauce. Hopefully the store can fix this issue. I know most people don’t order pizza without sauce, but it’s an option in the app, so the store should be able to make it as ordered.
