I bought my son and myself two frozen treats. I think he got a sour patch kids water ice and I got a mango custard water ice. I liked my treat, he liked his. The prices were reasonable in the current environment. The kids who served us were friendly and of course Harleysville is a reasonably safe neighborhood.

The staff are always nice and they always have great flavors! Don’t let the line fool you, they move it along pretty fast.

They always have plenty of ice and custard flavors available and the service is nice. Sometimes it can get crowded with neighborhood kids or families but there are also times when it tends to be less busy. I do wish there was more seating available instead of the two wire benches next to the dry cleaners- not always the nicest ambiance to enjoy a frozen treat- but a relatively small issue compared to the great things!

Rita’s gelati’s are great. The woman that served me was very nice show me the whole experience very pleasing add a cotton candy 5 layer gelati and she recommended mango to try next time.

Very disappointed with our last visit. We got there 5 minutes before closing and got in line behind one person standing there waiting for their food. After 7 minutes that person gets their food and the cashier says to us, I’m sorry but we closed the cash registers we can’t ring you out. This is totally unacceptable when we had been there before closing and were waiting to order. It was obvious they had known we were there and took extra long to give the lady in front of us her one small item. This place needs better management

Went there today with my 3 pups (they love rides) to get a sugar-free quart. The staff were friendly and generous, offering a doggie custard for each dog. The pups loved them and were very pleased, as was I. I’ve lived in Harleysville all my life and have NEVER had a bad experience here. Thank you ladies for a excellent experience for my pets and I :). My family and I are very grateful.

It’s what you expect from a seasonal Rita’s. Parking lot and benches can get crowded at times as the typically family friendly lines build up on those hot summer nights… but they churn through it reasonably fast through their two windows.
