Today, August 24th, at 1:00pm, we went to order sandwiches for my children. The white female employee was taking orders very quickly, and since it was a slow day, we were the only customers in line, with one person ahead of us checking out. I felt rushed by her demeanor, which came across as unprofessional.
After she finished taking orders, she passed the food to the cashier. Another lady, who looked Hispanic and was wearing eyeglasses, responded rudely when I asked how to distinguish the different sandwiches. She curtly said, “They come in order; whatever you order is what it is.” While I was speaking to her, the same white employee interrupted me in a very rude manner, reiterating what the other lady had said.
Having worked for AAFES, I can confidently say that their customer service was lacking. They need training from supervisors on how to interact with customers properly. As a former supervisor at AAFES, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at 3:45 PM, well before the posted closing time of 4:00 PM, only to find the staff already cleaning and preparing to close. When I asked what time they closed, I was told, “in 15 minutes, at 4 o’clock.” I stood there with my children for another 10 minutes without any service, only to then be told they were closed and could not assist us.
If customers are not going to be served during the final 30 minutes of business hours, that should be made clear. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be turned away at the posted closing time, especially after waiting with young children. I hope management will address this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Rude service by the Manager working on 12 24 23. We waited for someone to come out for over 5 minutes . Then I was told it’s because they are getting ready to close for the holidays at 11:29 am. No pride in her work .you can’t even see the meat

Friendly service but come on, ain’t no way that you didn’t know that bread was as hard as a rock when you grabbed out of the case. I could’ve chucked that footlong at my truck’s windshield and it would’ve broke it. They really got to do better for the customers. Like I said friendly service but that don’t mean nothing if the food is trash.

If you have allergies don’t eat at this subways. The last 3 times I’ve gone I haven’t seen a person change gloves like they’re supposed to. I told the first person that I have an allergy to jalapeños so just please change your gloves so it doesn’t have contact with my sandwich. She said absolutely no problem were supposed to change gloves basically after each order. She even told the Second Lady to change the gloves because the sandwich’s previous to mine had jalapeños on them. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and proceeded to touch my sandwich and not change her gloves so I told her I no longer wanted that sandwich. That happened last month. Today I went again and the same lady who refused to change her gloves was there again. So I did not get myself a sandwich. It’s really unfortunate that I would like to go to this subways because it’s close but they cannot care for their customers.

Great service. Larissa was quick to make the sandwiches and very patient. I don’t remember who my cashier was but she did a great job too!

A Sweet Lady named Kim Greeted me with a Happy Good Morning that started my morning off Great even before she made my breakfast this morning lol!!! I enjoyed talking with her as my sandwich was being created. Subway and your Employees you have a Great Employee Staff and my family Appreciate You All!!! Thank You So Much!!!

Food was good but the manager talked obnoxiously loud to everyone, especially the customers. He also complained to the customers by his work schedule, very unprofessional. After a line developed at the counter the manager would tell any additional customers that he would get to them after a while. The owner of this business should come in undercover and observe this obnoxious jerk of a manager.
