Messed up my daughter’s half of her pizza as you can see from the pictures onion and sausage where supposed to be on one half together & the other half cheese only. They wouldn’t give me a refund, and didn’t offer any solution. Some 20 something person who smelled of weed came up & said whoops sorry man nothing we can do. Never going back except to talk to someone actually in charge. Just wanted my money back.

I love little caesars and live in milford but wow after about 10 tries im giving up on this one and just going to try some other locations cause this one is a joke.

We have given this place more than one chance to get it right, but they always send out cardboard tasting dough, with dried up sauce along with over cooked minimal cheese and toppings, not to mention the staff including the person John, who said that he was the manager all need to go back and retrain not only how to make a decent pizza, but how.to treat customer’s a lot better.
All the previous bad reviews with unhappy customers, indicate that they are not doing something right.

One time I waited 20mins extra because they messed up and said they fired the wrong pizza and offered to comp it or cook it. I was cool with their transpancy so I waited for the missing cheese and pretzel pizza. When I got home I had 2 cheese and pretzel pizzas and 0 hot and ready instead of 1 and 1. I was annoyed.

So I’m 8 months pregnant and obsessed with the pretzel crust pizza…. I ordered from this location bc the one in White Lake was closed due to a power outage. Food was so hot and fresh, the service (a really nice young man- I think he was newer) was amazing, and I had to have a slice on the way home because it looked so good. Easily the best LC pizza I’ve ever had, and the price just can’t be beat truly. I might just have to go to this location from now on- the employees at the White Lake location are always rude to us

This place is a joke! If you are looking to be ignored, hung up on and rude service this is the place for you!!! (and if they are this way to your face it’s scary to think of what they do in the back to your food… JS)
This place needs some serious training in all their departments especially the management skills! It’s a joke how they treat their customers, the people who pay to keep this place running…
They lock the doors later in the day even after orders have been placed so people have to bang on the door until they unlock it to get their food even when it’s nowhere near closing time!
They charge for sauces and then don’t give them in orders and won’t refund for their mistake either.
You want a HOT N READY??? how about COLD N WAITING… They take forever to make your order and if you ask about your order and what is taking so long they will take even longer just so you have to sit there and wait!

If I could I would give this zero Stars or even negative stars. here’s why … June 27th 2025 I had no car and ordered from Little Caesars and chose doordash to go get it. It was not Little Caesar’s fault. doordash forgot to give me my three Caesars dip and ended up calling Little Caesars in Milford and spoke to the manager. he was very nice. wrote my name down My phone number, email and the items I missed and said I would get it free next time I order. July 13th 2025 I ended up choosing to order again. called them letting them know the situation I had and they told me not my problem pretty much. when I got there they asked for my name knew who I was and started treating me like crap. I was sitting there for a good 15 minutes waiting for my food when usually it does not take that long. I get there’s other customers and I get it wasn’t their fault with the situation I had but they made it about them this time. I ended up calling the manager again hoping to get the nice gentleman. I had the first time and when they recognize my voice they said ” he’s calling back again and wants the manager this time” she got on the phone. I explained my situation and said I have proof and if I’m not going to get my items that I’m supposed to receive free then I want my money back. they hung up instantly. Little Caesars is about to become a big problem. I do not recommend going to this anymore. I would drive to Detroit to order from Little Caesars before I go here.

Every time i come here to get 2 hot n ready’s, i have to wait 10-15 minutes. I can also hear employees in the back cussing and talking how i was slightly bothered that it’s 5 oclock (dinner time) and the hot n ready pizza store never has hot n ready’s.

My brother ordered 2 garlic butters and 1 jalapeño sauce, he never got them because his doordash driver forgot them. The manager was nice and said his next order, he can get the sauces for free. A week or two later he explained the situation and the employees were VERY RUDE. They told him no and when he tried to ask for his money back, they hung up on him.
In summary, he never received the sauces he ordered OR his money back. If you’re ordering from them, make sure you grab everything because apparently refunds aren’t a thing
