I would love to see the proof of my burger having my requested condiments. We had dinner, went to bed, and he woke up throwing up. Yall clearly don’t know how food poisoning works. The dismissive attitude yall have for getting a person SICK is disgusting. I wish I would’ve never listened to the reviews and tried this place. It’s a shame how yall are handling this situation. You should care more about your customers, ESPECIALLY the ones trying you out for the first time. I will NEVER make the mistake again, and I hope no one else does!
Unfortunately, I can’t say any of us liked any of it, so I’m not sure what the other reviewers ordered, or maybe I caught them on a bad day. The pizza was just awful, like something from Chucky Cheese. The chili was literally a hot liquid mess, too runny and entirely too spicey for any of us to eat. The vodka rigatoni was a hybrid of vodka and bolognese. The ceasar salad was doused with dressing and soggy. Wings were fatty, chicken fingers overcooked. The philly cheesesteak was the only thing that was ok but asked for onions on the side, but they put in the sandwich anyway. I’m not local to Aston anymore but I’ll go elsewhere next time.
Being in Philly for a day I really wanted a Philly cheesesteak. I love supporting local mom and pop shops and I’m so happy I found Amores Kitchen. We met Candi (owner), her son Raymond James and her mother. Everyone that works there is family or like family; only those she trusts to serve top quality food that she would.
The Philly cheesesteak was amazing!!! I didn’t have to go to downtown while the Eagles played and sit in traffic because Amores Kitchen was soooooo good. Candi asked if I wanted my bread toasted or if I liked soft squishy bread. My personal preference for all sandwiches is soft. I got the works and I devoured it!
My husband got the chicken parm sandwich and he loved it. Perfectly cooked chicken, melted cheese and perfect amount of sauce on a toasted hoagie roll.
My son got wings and they were delicious. We got it with sauce on the side so it isn’t a mess to eat. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
The French fries, extra crispy with salt and pepper were by far the best fries we’ve ever had! Only regret is we didn’t get more or stop in to get more due to our long drive.
The garlic bread is more like garlic strips. Great garlic flavor with butter and herbs, served with a side of their marinara. Their sauce is on the sweeter side which we love. When we make sauce from scratch, we definitely add sugar to balance the acidity so it right up our alley.
Candi is the baker there and she makes everything from scratch. They only had chocolate chip cookies available that afternoon. You can taste the homemade love Candi put into it.
There’s no sit down area. It’s a takeout place but there seemed to be many regulars picking up and Candi knew their names. I witnessed it while waiting for our order. It truly is a mom and pop shop and a hidden gem to out of towners looking for places to eat.
When I return to the area, this will be my go-to. I’ve already sent friends over. Candi, I hope to see you again!
Having grown up most my life in Jersey …. You kinda take pizza for granted …. I realized this when I moved to Delco!!! This pizza in Delco is horrible !! I’ve been looking for a pizza spot going on 8 years now! Not only is this spot have the best pizza in Delco by far, it’s top 3 I’ve ever had in my entire life! My son ordered chicken parm and demolished it! My father got spaghetti and meatballs and loved it !!!!! They both said the garlic bread was best they ever had also !!!!!! I got a calzone… mozzarella cheese fries and they were both bangin
I only ordered a slice bc I’ve learned my lesson ordering pies the first time with delco pizza and regretted only getting one ( it’s that good )…. I’ve been back to the place twice this week! HANDS DOWN BEST PIZZA IN DELCO AND ITS NOT CLOSE !!!! All the people in there are awesome !!! Especially their little guy !!!! You will not be disappointed
