I ordered the ½ slab platter. The ribs were beautifully smoked and tender with excellent flavor This is personal preference, but when I order a ½ slab, I prefer they come in “slab” form instead of cut into individual ribs. I feel like they retain moisture better that way. My bad, I should have asked.
I chose mac & cheese and baked beans for sides. Both were okay, just nothing special, and the portions could have been more generous. The dinner roll was a nice touch.
Service was fast & friendly
Overall, I had a positive experience and would go back to try other menu options like the brisket and salmon.

I’ve been in the mood for BBQ. I drove by a few times and decided to stop. Ordered a platter with brisket and ribs. Brisket was pulled not sliced. Very good. The ribs were smoked perfectly and fell off the bone. Mac and Cheese and beans were good. Small corn muffin was good as well. Prices are fare and portion was perfect. Tried the sweet bbq sauce. It was great. Definitely worth your while to stop.

Low quality meat! SEE PHOTO. Got a half rack ribs today and they were TERRIBLE! Big pieces of hard gristle in almost every bite. These were some of the biggest pieces of gristle I’ve ever seen. I’ve never had any of this kind of gristle on a rib in 30+ years of being alive. Something was way off. I just can’t imagine they serve this to everyone. Perhaps I just got the worst part of the rack on a bad pig. This should not happen! Will not be back.

Likely the best BBQ we’ve had. Ribs were done exactly as we wanted. Brisket was pulled and moist, not runny. We ordered the 2 meat plate that came with two sides. Mac n cheese and collard green. Both were yummy.

Since we moved here, we have been trying to find good BBQ. We have hit most of the BBQ spots between Spring Hill and Crystal River. I think we found a place we will come back to that has good BBQ. Just picked up and finished it. Pork was moist and great flavor. Brisket was moist and good. Only thing they didnt slice it it was pulled, I know why this is done, but still it was good. The sides were avg, very basic but good. Portions were really good and prices were good. Tralier looked clean and people were nice.next time we will try the ribs and chicken.

Hefty pulled pork sandwich. The hefty kind where meat was falling off the bun. Seasoned well and better than a particular physical location bbq place that I tried for lunch. The greens a good as a side. Not a bad spot for quick and fast lunch spot. Unsure if they do dinner but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were. This is a food trailer and there is one picnic table close by. I would come back again.
