Beware bait and switch. We saw a print ad in the coastal current flyer advertising happy hour EVERY DAY. Ordered some beers and happy hour food on Saturday 12-13 about 215pm. Happy hour advertised price for our order was pizza 10 bucks, cheeseburger 6 bucks and 3 draft beers 4 each. Burger was good but pizza not cooked cheese not melted.Total 28 before taxes…. Got the switch when bill was 45…. Avoid at all costs, also no bill was presented only 45 dollars please. More than happy to discuss with courtyard management as I have been a loyal lifetime platinum member.

One bartender did what she could, but long wait. 20% gratuity automatically added for anything. So watch your tab. Like 100 bucks average for 2 people with 2 drinks and food. locations is gorgeous

We got the seafood basket, 3 of them. The hushpuppy balls were undercooked. The fish and shrimp had a breading on them that was super thick, and not fully cooked. I’m not sure what kind of fish it was. It was almost round, and like 8 inches long. The fries were good though, but not good enough to make up for everything else.

Needs protection from the birds. Gross chairs full of bird shit and birds flying everywhere while trying to eat. Nasty. Put up some wires!!

Fantastic food! Bartenders were great! There was a DJ tonight, not sure if that’s standard or because there was a private party. Great first meal on SPI!! Oh and the $1 Outlaw beer was delicious.
