We love when our friend picks restaurants for us to go to…she always picks winners and she did it again! We had a marvelous time at Evolution! First time going and we will be going back! The food was delicious. And atmosphere extremely friendly and welcoming. We met the owners (Joe and Dina) and they are delightful. We could tell they put heart and soul into their menu, decor and the events they plan. It’s so nice to go to a restaurant that not only serves wonderful food but really lets you know they are really happy to see you!!

Found Evolution when looking for somewhere new. It was great! Portions were generous and the variety of dishes great. The presentations were beautiful and were only surpassed by the excellent food. We learned about all of their daily specialties and we can’t wait to go back and try them. The owner and manager were extremely friendly and came by to talk and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. It was a first visit but definitely will not be the last. We look forward to going again

The spare ribs and rock shrimp with yum yum sauce were excellent. My Dad had pork chops giambota and he raved about the flavor. We had excellent service and the owner Joe was the very hospitable. Excellent if you have a food allergy concerns too. The owner Joe helped us to enjoy a safe, great tasting dinners.

Wow wow! This place is a little gem! We were a party of six and got seated with no wait. Our server was patient and knowledgeable She explained in detail how everything was made fresh The food was simply amazing I think we ordered food appetizers each one was great. I especially loved the mussels and spinach artichoke dip. The entrees were equally as good and the owner was kind enough to stop by and see how every thing was. The vibe is good and did o mention how spotless this place is!! Thank you for a great dinner ! We will definitely be back! Merry Christmas !

The most amazing food I’ve ever eaten. The chef’s attention to detail is a reflection of the finished dinner that comes out. The wait staff are so nice and personable. If I lived closer I’d eat here several times a week.

It was my birthday and decided to try out this place my wife discovered on Instagram. After checking out the reviews here, I thought the reviews were fake since most of the posts raved about the various dishes on their menu. We ordered 3 appetizers (sliders, fried calamari, and garlic-parm wings) and shared a main course (BBQ ribs with mash and veggies). I can confirm that the 5 star reviews were spot on. All the dishes we ordered were cooked to perfection. The flavors were amazing and well-balanced and the portions were very generous. The prices were very reasonable, actually bordering on the cheaper side considering the large portions. The appetizers were big enough to be full meals. We ordered enough food to feed 4-5 people and spent under $100. The service was outstanding and the staff were all friendly. We will definitely be back.

My wife found this place on a Facebook advertisement and said we need to go. Well what a great find. Staff is super friendly and amazing. We only ordered appetizers and man we were not disappointed. We orderd the sliders, Bavarian pretzel, spinach dip and the meatballs…. What amazing food we had. Can’t wait to come back and order food off the full menu. Spoke to Dina who served us and she told us some food is made fresh there and what is brought in is fresh daily. My wife ordered the pear martini and she absolutely loved it. Drink menu is solid.. Please see my pic of their weekly happy hour menu. We will I’m be coming with our friends to check these out. Overall this is as solid as you can get for fresh and delicious food.****Came back with friends to try a full sit down meal with entrees. All the appetizers and entrees were absolutely delicious. Braised Rib was on a dinosaur bone. Red snapper and salmon were absolutely delicious.. ordered 4 appetizers and they’re all absolutely delicious.. Asparagas dip, Muscles, Rock shrimp and Jumbo shrimp were fantastic! Again staff amazing and chefs are a class above!

This newly opened bar in Woodland Park is a great gem owned by a wonderful family. I got a chance to pass by during their opening and it did not disappoint. The fare was a great value and the drinks are very cheap, but don’t be fooled they’re strong. I will be coming back to evolution. Thank you to our server Billy and Bartender Lyn they explained the menu and the a little history of the bar really well!

Recommendations: Italian Margarita, Short Rib (no photos cause it was devoured immediately)
