The review below is severely lacking in context and at best misleading. Here is what this place actually is: it is resort grab and go marketplace. Think of all the hotel counter order coffee and gift shops you ever seen: that’s what this is. What the review below also conveniently leaves out is that it’s also the closest thing you’ll find to a Starbucks for 20 miles. It’s a “we proudly serve” location which, for those in the know would tell you, is basically a Starbucks bean coffee serving spot in a non Starbucks location run by hotel staff. BTW the staff are awesome. It won’t have everything a Starbucks would have, but it has many core drinks.

Only downside is it’s quite small, so it gets crowded in the morning. But if you are on north shore and need your Starbucks fix, this is your place. It also has hot breakfast items for to go, killer pastries, and small booze beverage and snack selection. And yes, in the afternoon they do pizza too. For the size of the market it’s impressive.

Parking is free at hotel if just visiting or to eat, no validation needed. Cashless property also, bring your credit card. They also have an Anahola local honey that’s harvested by one of the restaurant staff on their bee farm, pretty cool.

That’s what this place really is, now you know. To think a resort would have a full grocery store as the below implies/ expected is a bit misguided expectations for a hotel gift shop/ coffee shop. Maybe they were trying to go to foodland and got lost.

The lady that made my coffee was very friendly and the yogurt parfet is the best parfet I’ve ever had. Wish I knew this place the day we got here. Its a hidden gem. I’m going back to try thr over night oats.

Open 6am-9pm, which is shockingly superior to the business hours of basically every business on the island (subway in Kilauea for example, open 930am-11am yesterday, a whole 90 minutes). Top notch service in Princeville Market and really well made Starbucks drinks. It was such a pleasant surprise to find this little market. Employees are super friendly too, highly recommended for a late night coffee or snack!

As of January 2025, the owner provided website description of this to-go food stand is highly inaccurate. This is not a market. No fresh meat or fish, no real groceries to be had, despite what is promised in the description. It’s a tiny poolside place to get pizza to go.

Sunset by the shore,
Late-night hunger satisfied,
Solid pizzas found.

Princeville Market proved to be a reliable option for late-night takeout. After a day of adventure at Waimea Canyon and Ke’e Beach, watching the mesmerizing sunset, we craved a late dinner, and Princeville Market came to the rescue! We opted for cheese, pepperoni, and sausage pizzas. While they might have been pre-made and potentially frozen, they turned out to be satisfying and precisely what we needed at the moment. The cheese pizza might be a bit overwhelming in terms of cheese for some, but overall, it was a solid choice for our late-night hunger.

Oh my gosh this was truly horrible. Egg sandwiches were apparently made of some weird industrial egg mix that tasted like melted colored plastic. The granola in the yogurt parfait was like wet cardboard. I’m still crying on the inside. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid the Tropical Smoothies, they are made from powder. The taste is very powdery with little suggestion of any fruit, tropical or other

Small poolside market inside the westin resort lobby. Good coffee and food selection looks great for the size of the place, beautiful resort too from what I saw, but walking in as a non guest not that convenient.
