The family and I went here tonight and we purchased a Parmesan chicken roll, A buffalo chicken roll and an MVP slice. The garlic knots were delicious! I love a good garlic knot and this place has GREAT garlic knots. They were perfect!!! Just the right amount of oil and garlic All of us were very happy with the portion size of the food and the food was delicious. The service was fantastic All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back here

The wait is finally over—Paulie’s Pizzeria has opened! On my first visit, I was impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the friendly smiles from their great team.
Now, let’s talk about the pizza. I’m a big sauce person, and their tomato sauce did not disappoint—it’s rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with the cheese blend they use. The dough is thin, flavorful, and complements the sauce beautifully.
I also tried their margherita slice and was equally impressed—the combination of cheeses and pepperoni delivered incredible flavor.
Paulie’s has officially earned a spot in my Top 5 pizza shops in Huntington.

2nd time here, freaking Awesome pizza. Great undercarriage! Very welcoming and friendly staff. I recommend the buratta pepperoni hot honey slice , knock your socks off. Also, best garlic knots around.

Only 3 stars cause on the regular pie, there is very little cheese and light on the sauce! The crust thickness is perfect! The buffalo and BBQ are excellent, however, also light on the cheese! That light on cheese thing shows cost cutting, and that sends up a red flag! This is NOT a solo opinion! we’ll try it again one more time in the future to see if anything has changed. if not, that’l be our last visit!

Our family has had a home in Huntington since 1992. Over the years, we’ve seen many restaurants come & go. We ordered pizza from this place and were very pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza is. We will order from them again and want to try some of their other menu items. Bravo!!!

Have gone here 2x. First time, ordered 2 slices and a drink. Walked across the parking lot, sat in my truck to eat lunch and it was ice cold. Second time was a few nights ago. Picked up a few slices for the family to bring home. When I got home I realized my chicken parm slice was covered in blue cheese ( possibly ranch) which it wasn’t when I ordered it. I called and was told the guy behind the counter probably thought it was buffalo. Wasn’t offered a replacement or anything. Guy was rude to me as if I’m the one that messed up. It went right in the trash and I ate cereal

I live right down the block and finally gave it a try. Really enjoyed it! We got a regular pie, half sausage/pepperoni. Nice and thin, cooked perfectly. Reminded me of nice Brooklyn slice. Oh, and their knots were incredible — actually had chopped garlic all over the knot instead of just butter like most of these places do.

I was in the area and craving some pizza so i thought i would stop in for just a slice with my wife. The guy Anthony behind the counter talked me into getting a chicken parm with vodka sauce which i never had before. I’m glad he did that cause it was definitely the right choice! The staff was so kind he clearly knew what people liked and had very good taste on wear to guide me for my pizza craving. Had the MVP, great slice the crust of the under carriage charred beautifully and the airiness of that top part of the dough was amazing. I loved the ambiance, very new clearly but loved the classic checkered table cloth and brick inside. Would highly recommend this place, definitely eat inside as everything came out fresh and quick. Thank Anthony for that chicken parm vodka rec i can only get it that way now!

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal at Paulie’s Pizzeria. The MVP slice was delicious and so was the chicken parm with vodka sauce as well as the garlic knots. The ingredients were very fresh and everything was perfectly cooked. It’s very clear that there is a lot of effort and care that goes into the preparation and service. Anthony- our waiter, was very attentive and offered really good suggestions. Would definitely come back.
