A good place to try if you crave Japanese food. It was easy to book a table. The place is cosy and they have a very friendly staff. Their menu offers plenty of options. The food that we ordered was delicious; however, they can improve the pork since it was not that tender.

We had the all you can eat option. Food took quite along time to arrive, even between courses. Some sushi rolls were ok but some were not very pleasant due to having some hard rice. Bao buns and spring rolls were excellent.

It is one of the best experiences I had. The waiter is a really nice person and show great hospitality. We have visited here 4x in our 2 weeks holiday. The food tasted really good as it does remind me of Japan. Prices and quality is worth the money. We recommend the yaki meshi/udon, naruto ramen and all of their sushi.

This restaurant was the first place in Malta where I tasted something close to a proper Japanese-style ramen, which is why after my first visit I ordered delivery again and also dined in a second time.
Unfortunately, this delivery experience was very bad, and frankly, unacceptable.
First, the ramen.
The soup did not taste like pork bone broth at all. The flavor was strange and completely off. It was not tonkotsu, not even close.
Second, the chashu.
What was served was not Japanese chashu. It was simply slices of pork belly quickly pan-fried with some sauce.
Real Japanese chashu is made by rolling pork belly, slow-cooking it at low temperature in seasoned broth, letting it rest and absorb the sauce, and only then lightly searing it. Proper chashu should be very soft and tender.
What this restaurant delivered was hard, chewy, poorly prepared pork belly, completely missing the point of chashu.
Now the shumai.
I am almost certain these were not handmade, but frozen or semi-prepared products that were simply steamed. That alone is not ideal, but the real problem is this:
They were not cooked.
Not cooked. Do you understand? Undercooked.
If you are steaming semi-prepared food, do you not even bother to read the instructions?
At this point, I don’t have much more to say.
After this experience, I will not order from or eat at this restaurant again.

Amazing food and the best service from George.
Our 14 year old boys loved their ‘ship’ of sushi! I had the salmon and husband the yakisoba and all were delicious And reasonably priced too!
Would definitely recommend this place.

Went for all you can slurp on Tuesday, the menu was a bit confusing at first and we had to wait a bit for the waiter to help us order but it looks like he was by himself. The food was AMAZING . Their beef and chicken are halal so that’s greatly appreciated.
I however don’t recommend the cocktails.
The interior was nicely decorated. We were served by a very kind Macedonian waiter ( I forgot to ask his name ) who did his best to satisfy us.

Nice new small-ish place with ground floor and first floor seating area. Nice decor and lighting.
Waiter from Macedonia – super nice, polite, helpful, accommodating and patiently explained everything. Malta needs more waiting staff like him.
Cocktails – average.
Food – average. Before ordering noodles with beef I specifically asked if the beef is dry/overcooked and was assured it’s not. It was super dry. We ordered 3 different ramens and all had just normal boiled egg, not a tea-stained egg as it should and as per their menu.
Halal chicken and beef.
