I feel loke thus has way too much type for what is actually given… first I’ll start with the pros:
The staff were very friendly. The ordering process is probably one of the best we have ever experienced at an AYCE. And the food comes out very quickly. The “salad” bar with fixings, sauces, and utensils is a great idea. The Ramen station is super unique and fun, as is the idea of getting American food ordered as well (pizza, fries, etc.). I also felt like there was a decent variety of meats offered which is nice.
Now the cons:
Everything was incredibly small. The frill to cook on, the “cubbies” each table is located in, the salad bar, and especially (and most frustratingly) the portions. The first time we ordered some veggies, we thought it was a fluke, so we ordered some more, different ones and it was the same. The picture I have is of one order of sweet potatoes, 1 order onions, and 3 orders of garlic. The other picture is of the spicy pork. We also tried the zucchini and it came out on the same bug white plate with literally three thinly shaved tiny zucchini slices. The meat portions are okay though still small IMO. I know what you are going to say, “but its all you can eat, so just order more” fine fine thats true but it is disheartening when the menu shows all of this really awesome looking food with huge portions and then get what you see below. For $80 for 2 people, it just felt like it fell short

Fun and interactive Korean BBQ experience where you cook your own food at the table. Grilling your own meats, seafood, and veggies is definitely enjoyable and makes the visit more interesting. Overall, a nice place, though cleanliness and grill maintenance could be improved, as grease buildup can slow down the cooking process. Still, a great spot for a casual and unique dining experience.

Fat Cow genuinely reminded me of authentic K-BBQ spots back in Korea. Sitting there actually felt nostalgic—almost like being home. The interior design is thoughtfully done and really adds to the overall Korean dining experience.

The meat selection was great, especially the shaved beef belly. It stood out far above the other cuts I tried, and I’d strongly recommend it.

A small tip: there’s sesame oil at the condiment stand. Mix it with the salt and pepper on your table to make a simple “gi-reum-jang” sauce—it’s the perfect dip for the grilled beef.

The ramen station was another fun touch. The ramen was a great carb pairing with the beef belly, and all the meat came out incredibly fast—less than 10 minutes after ordering on the table-side tablet.

On top of everything, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

Good to see a variety of cuisines pop up in Parker. Fat cow is a AYCE Korean bbq place. Overall the food was ok. Generally I have a hard time with grills that are induction since it takes a long time to heat up. The experience was just ok. Food was fine but no where near something like Seoul BBQ in Aurora.

Poor meat quality. 99% of the meat that came out had more fat than meat. The grills are too small for 4 adults. They don’t tell you that you are only allowed 1 small bowl of soup per table that you all have to share the same bowl and if you want more soup, 1 for each person at your table it’s an additional $7 per soup. There was no flavor. Some items had garlic but not enough to make any kind of difference to add flavor. Save your money and go to HuHot. The staff was very friendly but I’m still only giving 1 star because of the lack of training on management/owners. Train your staff to let customers know when they call that you don’t accommodate large parties very well due to grill size. Also train your staff to ask customers if they’ve eaten there before and if they haven’t explain how ordering works and there’s only 1 soup per table. Also, if you’re only going to provide 1 soup, put it in smaller bowls for each individual at the table so we don’t have to share the same bowl with everyone at the table. I was disappointed. Asked for smaller bowls and was told no.

They where not that busy when we came but we waited about 10 minutes while they cleaned up table. We were greeted and sat down and some what explained how it worked. They use a electronic pad for the orders which is great. As you get low on food you can just add meet to order and a few minutes later they’ll bring it out. Thats a good idea. Also the bar has its own grilles also. After your order you can go to the Ramen bar and get Ramen while waiting. Great idea. I will say they did not have a few items on the list which I thought was disappointing. I am assuming because its new they are still adjusting the try of food to order. Dumplings and egg rolls are not extra. If its on menu you can get it. Drinks are extra. 4 dollars for soda but they are very big. Spicey pork and ribs in my opinion are the best. The sauces offered are kind on bland. Overall if you are in neighborhood I would reccomend you eating here atleast one t I me. I will come back again.

KBBQ in Parker?! So happy to have a place here locally after going up to Aurora for years. The meat and seasonings were perfect. Had almost everything on the menu for proteins and everything was good. The sides we did get were great as well.

Loved the kiosk ordering system and staff was on top of it. Highly recommend to check out.

New Korean BBQ spot in Parker. It has some work to do to be up to par with the Aurora bbq spots but over all it was good. There was only one server for the whole floor and he handled himself very well. The table top bbq cooks too slow. The bulgogi and short rib had delicious flavor. The only down side is some of the meat was too fatty.

Edit to add: There was no wait when we went in. There was plenty of open seating. We were pushed into using bar seating even after we requested a table because they were expecting it to get busier and said they were trying to save tables for larger parties. There were still empty tables when we left….

I will never come back! Take the 30 minutes drive to Aurora!! First, when we walked in the door about 4:45pm and the restaurant was pretty empty, only a few people, it was only me and my husband and we were asked to sit at the bar because they were expecting it to get busier. My husband politely requested a table and they continued to push the bar seating so we took it. We sat and a nasty dirty bar the whole time by ourselves no other customers that came in were asked to sit at the bar, even those that were only a party of 2.
The salad bar was a complete disappointment. They had kimchi which was bland and not fresh, picked radish had no flavor. The salad looked old and nasty. The dressing for the salad was Italian dressing, no other options. The sauce options were limited.
The meat was very bland didn’t have good flavoring. The shrimp was inedible. The portions were tiny. Even the side of garlic was small, we got maybe 6 or 7 slices.
You also have to get your own plates, tongs, scissors, chopsticks, etc.
Everything is self service. The waiters are just there to bring out the meat and drinks. Even the ordering is self serve.
Also, they give you a free drink for a good review. I wouldn’t leave a good review even if the offer was a free dinner.

It was my first time at a Korean BBQ restaurant, and I have to say—it was remarkable! This place is truly a hidden gem in the desert. While there are countless Asian buffet spots around, Fat Cow stands out with its authentic Korean concept that delivers not just a meal, but an experience.

The food was outstanding—high-quality meats, perfectly seasoned mushrooms, flavorful beef and pork, even the grilled pineapple was fantastic. Every bite felt fresh and well-prepared.

There are just a couple of small “opportunity areas”: the aluminum dishes tend to spin a bit when cutting the meat, and the restrooms could use a bit more attention to detail. That said, I understand the restaurant is still new, and feedback like this helps fine-tune the experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Fat Cow. It’s a unique, delicious, and memorable dining experience. My only wish? That they opened a little earlier—maybe around 2 or 3 PM instead of 4 PM.

Thanks for the great service—looking forward to my next visit!
