I went in earlier in the day to pick up some baklava and tasted their falafel. We went back in the evening for their Fresh falafel sandwiches. Great food and great people , of course the freshness is there throughout the day. Greatly recommend.

I’m usually not one to complain, especially when it’s a community owned business. I recently bought the Awamieh( fried dumpling) And it was absolutely amazing and fresh. I go back in there on a different day and buy it again unfortunately it was all soggy. I dismissed it because I went in at the end of the night and that’s typical sometimes of this particular sweet. So I decided to give it another try and went in there today I asked the friendly young man at the register is this fresh he said let me go ask for you, an older gentleman with an apron came out very annoyed and when I asked him the same question, he said “would you like me to bring the Koran so I can swear on it” I said to him, your response was not necessary because all I asked was a simple question based on my past experience. I did not feel that his response, nor his demeanor were warranted for this simple one question. My suggestion is do better as far as customer service. This was my third time coming in this week and spend a total of $160 during these 3 visits. Unfortunately I will not be going back

This is one of the best places to come for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are helpful and have great service. The food is amazing, and all of the employees are very friendly. They also have amazing hospitality and will care for you. They have yummy sweets and everything they have is fresh. I recommend this place to everyone.

Went to this restaurant at 7 AM since their Google hours clearly say they’re open. The place wasn’t ready, no food on the shelves nothing was ready .. fair enough, but the staff member’s attitude was absolutely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional and disrespectful . He snapped at me with sarcasm when I simply asked if they were serving yet. No apology, no courtesy, just pure arrogance. Customer service like this is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for any business. If the owner cares about their reputation at all, they need to train their team properly or hire people who actually respect paying customers. Will not return and strongly advise others to avoid until they learn basic manners.

My experience today was very poor. I bought a pastry dish with yellow and white cheese, and unfortunately, it was stale (or old/not fresh). I could not manage to swallow the first bite without drinking water.
I believe that all old products should be disposed of daily and only fresh items should be served.”

I went to this bakery before, and their customer service was rude. The owner even found me on Facebook, asked me to delete my review, and promised they were working on improving. Almost a year later, I gave them another chance, and the cashier was even worse. I greeted her nicely, but she ignored me and kept laughing and talking with the men next to me. Then she threw the bag at me instead of helping. Their bread is good, but the way they treat customers is disgusting. Never again.
