After waiting in line for this store to open, I see signage go up around the store just moments before 5 p.m. that only cold subs are to be served due to staffing shortages.
I get it, everyone is short staffed these days, but if I had known that the menu was a fraction of what they normally offered (and what I really wanted), I would have gone elsewhere for a hot meal. Service is slow, work flow through line is cumbersome, and staff seemed confused when I ordered two sandwiches. Food quality is good as others have noted.

Food is pretty good. Everything is made fresh which is nice. The biggest issue is service. The food takes incredibly long to get ready, especially the hot sub options. Definitely not good for days when you need to grab a quick meal. This is even worse especially since a lot of the workers tend to wander or not do anything productive even during rush hours. If the service was better, I would certainly rate this dining option higher.
