From the moment I walked into GiorgioMare Miami on NW 12th St. in Doral, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between upscale and inviting—elegant yet relaxed, with friendly staff who make you feel genuinely welcomed.
The Pizza
One of the highlights of the evening was the pizza. I opted for the Margherita fresh mozzarella version, and the thin crust was just spot-on—crispy at the edges, soft and chewy inside, topped with bright tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and just a whisper of olive oil. The balance of flavors was impressive.
They also offer creative “pizza bread” styles like the “Italian Big Pizza Bread” with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, black olives, fresh mozzarella and a balsamic vinegar glaze—a unique twist and one I’ll definitely return for.

Ordered the Pizza Bread Sticks as an appetizer. Lasagna and Gnocchi Zuchnni E Zafferano as main dishes. For dessert the Sicily and the Venezuelan.
The Pizza Breadsticks were great. A good amount of cheese and the balsamic glase gave it a very tasy touch. Dough was cooked perfectly. Will definetly be having it again when coming back.
The both main dishes tasted incredible. The lasagna was very good and tasted like homemade lasagna. The Gnocchi Zuchnni E Zafferano had a very generous amount of shrimp, the gnocchi went very well with the sauce, overall would recommend.
The menu has a lot of other selections, will definetly be back to try the rest.
The atmosphere is great as well, very pretty place with a relaxed atmosphere, waiting times were good and service was phenomenal.
Very surprised as to how good everything was would definetly recommend to anyone looking for great pasta!
Update: We took the deserts home to eat later. They were both phenomenal, the Venezuelan was light and chocolaty and the Sicily was fruity and airy, both perfect I really would get both again.

A piece from Italy brought to your table. Delicious and fresh food, dessert was just perfect, healthy options for everyone, Isa the server was awesome. The place is very welcoming and as family owned business you feel just at home. Very recommended, I’d be coming back soon.

I wish I had eloquent words to describe the flavors of the food we were served. As a child, I was blessed with going to Venice quite often, and the gnocchi with saffron tastes just like the restaurants from there. It’s a blast of mariscos with savory saffron sauce that is not thickened so it is perfect. The shrimp were soft so not overcooked at all like in most other restaurants. My son and I were fighting over the bread with truffle oil. And he could not stop eating his fettuccine with ragu. Never in my life would I have imagined that ragu could taste so delicious. This is our new place to eat at.

We had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, spaghetti with meatballs, pizza, and minestrone soup. Everything was fantastic, great service and a well run business. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.
