My fiancée told me this place opened up a few weeks ago, and we figured we’d try it.
I very much enjoyed the fire department motif, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was awesome, my fiancée even said her day is now less crummy; the food cheered her up that much.

Our work ordered lunch for 7 of us. When my coworker picked it up in store, she said it was a hot mess there. When she got back to work to pass out our orders some were completely missing including hers, the ones we did get were messed up. My sandwich would have been good, but they used wheat bread on my Pepperoni pizza meatball sub and they forgot my Sprite. First and last time customer for me.

Let me first off start by saying – I am a big fan of firehouse subs. Just not this location because the owner and manager give zero care. I’ve been coming here twice a week for over two months. But you can’t order through the app or online. They claim it’s corporate Firehouse’s fault. Their excuse is that they accidentally set it up with the other location. So unfortunately – NONE of the discounts apply. WHAT??? So I played their game, each week asking the employees what the problem is? And every single week – same excuse. But now if you bring it up – they roll their eyes and avoid the conversation altogether because even they know it’s ridiculous. So if you have kids or a family and want to use any coupon – sorry. No can do. And each regular sub costs $15+ so do the math. Also, be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes. Can’t order in advance unless you call. And all you have to do to get your points is take a picture and talk to a chatbot for 20 minutes. Get real…
At this point, I don’t even care if they fix it or not. I will 100% not be coming back. I suggest everyone take their money elsewhere – go support a local business.
