I went through the drive thru and was in a little bit of a hurry. The drive thru didn’t have a terribly long time believe it or not, but I ordered a pink drink with extra pink drink. Now, I started doing this a while ago because I always ended up with a strawberry acai refresher with a splash of coconut. Well apparently that’s what extra coconut milk means now too. It should be a very light pink color…mine is dark pink with what looks like floating chunks. It looks absolutely disgusting. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this starbucks. I put off writing a review because I didn’t want to be that person, but I just am so fed up. Also, the guy who took my order today sounded miserable. I worked in fast food for 3 years and even on my worst days I didn’t talk to people with a bad attitude because the things I was dealing with weren’t their problem.

After my previously bad experiences here I told myself I wouldn’t come here anymore. Recently, I have been stopping in more often to try the food offerings not offered at the other location in town. Today, regretfully, I thought it would be a good idea to give getting a beverage a try here again. A brewed coffee with extra cream, super simple, what could go wrong?

Not only was the barista super cold and unpleasant, but somehow she thought it was a good idea to fill the cup to the very brim (if not more, if that’s even possible) with scalding hot coffee, and maybe a drop of cream, if that. The cup was unmarked and she either inaudibly called out the drink or didn’t at all, but regardless I had to approach the counter and ask if this unmarked cup was my coffee. This cup of coffee was so full that as I picked it up and was attempting to carry it over to my table spills all over my hand, down my arm and onto the floor in front of me. Me, painful and burning hand attempts to get this cup onto the table to figure out what in the world was going on.

I was able to eventually bring it back to the counter to ask the barista to dump some out and add some cream and she dumps the tiniest bit out and proceeds to fill it to the very brim, once again. No problem was resolved with her minimal effort, no apology, not attempt to right the situation.

Meanwhile, my hand it still BURNING, I am left trying to handle the disaster of a cup of coffee on my own by asking for some cream on the side, figuring I would just dump some it out on my own.

Still waiting on the food that I had also ordered I couldn’t even leave the establishment like I so badly wanted to. The past few times ordering just single pastries have been good, but it’s clear that two years later they somehow still cannot handle making simple drinks without blunders such as this one. I removed my previous review of receiving an iced americano without a single ice cube in it, but today’s experience takes the cake.

Unhappy is an understatement. My hand is still burning and red to remind me of this experience.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I waited 30 minutes for a coffee that tastes like its 95% milk and 5% creamer, then get my sandwich while theres 17 people in line and they are whispering people’s names so I sit waiting another 5 minutes because you cant hear what they’re saying. Prioritizing doordash orders when it is common knowledge you serve the customers in front of you first. I will never be back, Starbucks never fails at being the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to!

Prefer this location to going to the Target/Starbucks.

Convenient location.

Staff is friendly.

Seating is comfy.

WIFI is decent.

Music is good.

They will fix your order if it gets screwed up for whatever reason.

Overall a good location.

Frequently they are closed with no mention on Google Maps, and I have almost dislocated my shoulder trying to open a locked door (note on door states staff shortage that day)….

So 4 Stars.

Food and drinks were decentish, though the drinks came out fast, the food took almost 15 minutes for us to get, and we got stuff that didn’t even need to be cooked, also i overheard a worker asking other workers to come help instead of sitting around, didnt think that 3 people needed to sit and do nothing like that, was not the best place, dont really recommend this location

Drink was half whipcream and didn’t even taste like it had coffee in it.
Also my croissants where not warmed and they came with a healthy side of attitude when they gave me the wrong order ‍♂️

My chocolate latte was also the most chocolate-y drink I’ve ever had, I could taste the powder, and was not filled up all of the way.

Was not greeted when I came in to buy a bag of Christmas Blend coffee. I waited to ask if they had any but no one was willing to help me. When I finally found what I needed I asked for the coffee to be ground for a drip coffee maker (which i have had done many times before at the Target location with no issue) the person who helped me did not know what they were doing but no one came over to offer to help. I just got home and opened my bag of coffee to see nothing but a bag of powdered coffee. This will not go well through my drip coffee maker and I guess im out $15 too cuz im sure they wont take it back because its ground. This location has been crap since they opened. Ill stick with the target location. Much friendlier and competent staff.

The worst service. They cater to mobile and drive thru orders. No staff looked up at the door upon anyone entering or say welcome in, hello, good morning, or good afternoon…no type of greeting. When I asked Noel, who was making drinks and the closest staff near the register, if someone could help me at the register she stated (all without making any eye contact), ‘We’re a little busy right now. Someone will get to you when they can.’ Soooo I provided feedback about the poor customer service and I waited. The staff working the drive through took my order which included 2 cups of ice. I received my other items but not the two cups of ice. Noel was standing at the register working on an IPad at this point and I asked her if they were too busy to get me 2 cups of ice. Clutch your pearls for her response..Noel told me that was disrespectful. Basically it seems that the girls working were following Noel’s lead to not waste time with customer greetings and small talk. I would rather wait in a welcoming environment where human interaction is at the top and not the bottom of the priorities list.
