They’re responsive. They had all the food that we ordered bagged it correctly. Nice and neat. Added utensils without asking. Got the drinks for us. Attached the straws was a complete turnaround and a great experience tonight.

This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to in my life. Food was terrible, diet soda non existent as they gave me 2 regular Pepsis and I needed one diet. Absolutely no sauces and they even asked me if I wanted mild or hot sauce. Asked for Xtra cheese and sour cream on my Mexican pizza and the sour cream was like a little squirt of it. Do us all a favor in Bennett and get some employees that take pride in at least having a job. And maybe some hearing aids so they can hear us and start getting orders ready. And a manager who cares about the store she is in charge of would be nice as well.

Can’t ever get an order right. Just drove home 20 minutes to find out my kids food was missing, called to get it refunded and they said I needed to drive all the way back. You’d think the 40 year old thats running this place would be able to figure it out. Not the first time they’ve forgotten parts of an order or just messed it up completely. Stay in school kids.

Never busy inside. It’s usually clean and quiet. There’s half of a chance you may not end up with the right meal after you order. We like to play Meal Roulette and have a laugh about what we might end up with.
Last time, I ordered the Baja frozen and they told me it was sold out after I already paid for it.
Overall, we love taco bell so we will return, but it’s also a hot mess.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I just went to the taco bell in Bennett, CO. I ordered taco supreme and this is what I got. Tomatoes and sour cream. No meat, no cheese, no lettuce. Unfortunately, I was 30 miles down the road before I realized it. This is pathetic. I guess quality control does not exist here.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, employees walking by the counter never acknowledged we were there. We were ready to order, but no one wanted to take our order so we walked out. If we wanted to use the kiosk we would have. What a lame Taco Bell. Its hit and miss with this Taco Bell one day good the next time terrible what a lame place!

I first want to say this is the 1st time that I have not been fully satisfied with my order, to point where I feel like I should say something. We just moved to the area and I have been boycotting Taco Bell because all the ones in the north Denver area are awful, never get the order right awful customer service etc.. SO! I was very happy that this Location has great customer service and has gotten my order right every time which I have not had happen in a few years of going to Taco Bell. So please keep up the good work please 🙂 But there is one more thing I would like to point out….
this trip I wasn’t too happy with my food. I can’t eat beans and so I normally order my Nachos an everything with No Beans, they made the order correct with no beans But they also didn’t really put anything on my burrito either. Ha ha Just because I order no beans doesn’t mean I don’t want the rest of the burrito lol.
My 5 layer was nothing but Cheese and tortilla which I had to pull apart to find the little table spoon of beef at the very bottom of the burrito. My nachos were also skimpy and hardly had any toppings on them as well, same for the triple double crunch wrap they only gave me regular amount of beef and not double. I just hate feeling like I’m wasting money on food when 80% of my burrito ended up in the trash because it was only tortilla. Hope this helps keep staff on point! (:

We are regulars to this TBell as it is the only one for miles. They are always unfriendly and the food is always messed up in some way or another. This go around our crunch wraps had almost no meat. One was completely bare and the other was very slim.
