Sloppy, thrown together, and over priced! Seek better help. I’m not only disappointed but disgusted! Over cooked chicken tenders, soggy dirty oil tasting fries…. cheese steak is dry and doesn’t have what I asked for on it! Pizza was over cooked. Paid for extra sauce and didn’t even get it!!!Don’t bother asking to speak with someone! Manager is no help and very rude! Won’t spend my money here anymore after over 15 yrs. We miss Tom!

Orded small pepperoni and sausage pizza and it didn’t taste good at all and wasn’t very hot at best just warm……. next time im in the area I will just get food from dollar general or the gas station its better than wasting 18 dollars on this pizza just to find out that its no good and throwing it outside for the animals to eat

I’m tired of getting burnt food. The past 2 strombolis were burnt on the bottom. I can almost understand since you can’t see the bottom but the crust on the sicilian I just got couldn’t have been missed by whomever cut it.

I guess it depends on the day…there have been days where my order has been great and no issues…and other times I would have to return for corrections. Overall a fairly decent place and I would definitely still give them business

We visited Prima Pizzeria in Valley View today for the first time.
We moved away years ago, today we visited friends. All of us went to the Midland Movie theater growing up in the Valley. It was a great visit seeing the place thriving with people and great fresh food. Fresh bread was being baked during out visit. The people there were very friendly. Food was fresh and delicious.

Every time I get the wrong sauce from them. Sometimes customer service is nasty and then i had to pay $15 for a small sub which I ordered a large. They are now done in my book. When a place of food business doesn’t listen to their customers you should NOT be in business!! Your a fail in my book!!

Place an order over the phone for pick up was told 25 minutes, I waited a half an hour when I got there the girl on the phone never took my order and put it through so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. This place sure is not what Tom used to have in the valley, two Valley cheesesteak subs and a large fry was $37 , I don’t know how but it’s A little ridiculous
