I went there for lunch today and the food was delicious! When I was there, I heard comments mentioning the price and how long it was taking for the food to be ready but you have to remember this isn’t fast food, this is a restaurant where everything is cooked to order. The loaded chicken fries were everything I hoped they would be and the burger was cooked perfectly. The only piece of constructive criticism I have is that when I first arrived it took a while for the server to come out and take my order but I also showed up during the lunch rush. I’m wishing continued success for this business and I will definitely be coming back!

I went there tonight and for me it’s not worth it. I got 3 burger combos and 3 puddings I paid almost 65 dollars. ( I could have gone to Wendy’s and paid less and got more food)
The food was ok at best the burger was so thin I honestly was expecting a lot better. The combos come with fries and a can of soda I asked instead of soda a cup of lemonade that would have been 3 dollars more and the cup was not even big. Even the pudding was just ok I honestly regret going there I will not again. This is just my opinion I have been told it’s great but to me definitely not worth it.

I’ll start by saying we waited about 45 minutes for 3 burger combos! I get that an influencer posted so there is going to be wait, but businesses should be prepared for it to get busy and being able to handle that! Also you expect to be blown away with your meal after waiting that long and we were quickly disappointed! First our fries were already cold and soggy when we got them, the bread was dry and too thick for one layer of meat! And they charge extra if you want to add items and totally forgot to put it on our burger! We then ordered the desserts which were honestly better than the meal! We won’t be coming back there’s way better places in CT!

Terrible place, they forgot the top bun. How do you even forget the top bun on a hamburger?? Veryyyyy disappointing. Not only that they advertised their chicken sandwich to look way better on tik tok but was terrible in person and felt uncooked. Terrible place don’t recommend it at all!!

Okay so me and my wife tried the hyped up Smash burger place in East Hartford, it was good service inside the lady in the front super nice, now the food my wife found a grey or blonde hair in her food she said the burger is overhyped, me I say the burger was good I love the smash sauce then lastly you have the Dubai Cup we decided to try it after spending $16 it’s a bigggg noooo strawberries were hard and not juicy, the chocolate was at the bottom seemed like there was no chocolate on strawberries then the pistachio none what’s so over the katifi was like disgusting due to you are supposed to make the Dubai cup pop off with the pistachio. Honestly I would only come back for a burger

Since opening day they have a great service and very welcoming atmosphere. They explained their menu and prices are very affordable. Will come back as long as they open.

The food has been very good both times I’ve eaten here. I hope the quality can stay this way moving forward. My only issue is that I really love the platters however the portion is too big for me and it really doesn’t reheat well(soggy fries). I wish they would consider a small and large platter. A small platter with one burger and half the amount of fries/mac for around $10 would be ideal.
