Normally I don’t review fast food unless they really impress me. Everything you see here is awesome. The Habit is such a great franchise. The staff is always friendly and working incessantly and food is consistently delicious. I can’t say enough about how great they are.
And for some reason, they never have lines out the door. Worth a try if you’ve never been here.

As a valley local, I normally enjoy eating at our Habits, but I can’t recommend this location after my most recent experience. My wife and I are sick and requested curbside pick-up. The restaurant was not at all busy and there were neither many patrons inside nor mobile orders being picked up. The employee operating the front counter, a tall bearded guy wearing a black baseball cap, repeatedly both walked outside with our food and ignored our vehicle, despite the fact that we had our windows rolled down and made our presence known. We tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered the phone. Eventually I walked in and asked for the food. The employee in question appeared to be high and more concerned with flirting with a female coworker in a very physical manner than providing customer service. He acted patronizingly towards me despite my politeness, likely out of a desire to impress the female employee. Our order had been mislabeled as an Uber-Eats order and carelessly tossed aside on the counter. Our food had gotten cold. I attempted to ask if they were backed up with mobile orders, but the employee ignored me and began speaking to another customer, despite the fact that I was still at the counter. I won’t be eating here again until they hire some better employees.

The char burger was great! Beefy and just the right amount of onions and shredded lettuce. Could use ketchup, but we added our own. The fries were golden brown, crunchy, and hot. Not one limp fry in the basket. I had an oreo shake that actually had lots of cookies in it. The straw was big enough to get the shake in your mouth without getting a hickey on your tongue. My wife and I ate two burgers, two fries and that awesome oreo shake for $26. We both left well satisfied.

Great place to get some good food!! The food was delicious! We got the Santa Barbara Cobb salad it was sooo good. We also got a burger and it was sooo good also. They did for get my bacon I paid extra for on my burger. But it’s ok, still 5 stars for this place. Great place to sit down and eat.

Most of the staff seemed really uninterested and unengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. Food was fine but not presented in the finished or careful way I’m used to from other Habit locations. Maybe the staff was just having a bad day

First time at this location. Wonderful customer service throughout our meal. Took a little longer than anticipated for food to come out considering the restaurant was kinda empty. However, the steak sandwich I ordered was delicious and bread fresh. Restaurant was clean and outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy the nice weather.

It definitely hit the spot!
My wife had the regular cheeseburger and with fries and an Oreo shake. Of course I had to help her finish it lol
