Went by to pick my food up and It wasn’t ready. One worker at 6pm. Oven broke while heating pizza. Did a complaint online and the owner closed it bc u have to complain on the app and the forward it. He said to email details and he would get back. I did instantly and he never replied.

The sandwich had the wrong bread. Two were missing lettuce and mine was short three of the toppings ordered. Refused to answer the phone. NOT happy and do not recommend! All three should have been toasted and were cold

One of the subways I’ve been to with subpar service. I think the manager needs to retrain their staff. The gentlemen who made my sub barely put any rotisserie chicken on my #9 champ sub. And then he put like 4 pieces of green pepper on it and really thought that was okay. So I had to constantly ask for more because he didn’t seem to care to be there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never come back and encourage others to do the same so they can retrain their staff on how to make a sub. Especially if your going to charge 13 dollars for a salad and bread.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SUBWAY APP. Was billed THREE separate times, was told they don’t have my order, and told this happens alot with ZERO HELP from this location. Attempted to contact customer service, either the number is not valid or it tells you to go to the website. You can message an automated service that tells you that you’ll get an email in 72 HOURS. It will be Firehouse or Jersey Mike’s from now on.

I’m honestly surprised this is the worst subway I’ve been to in the area.
I’ve ordered online here and my order was wrong by a large margin.
And just recently here now the staff just assumes now apparently.
I had ordered a steak sub and they were out of Monterey no big deal but then without saying a word or asking my sub just gets toasted, no ask of veggies before or anything actually ticked me.
I go to subway and get my veggies toasted every time no issue but this place just assumed, not any subway I’d ever return to.
Oh and the place was filthy to boot.

I ordered delivery through the Subway app this morning. When the delivery driver showed up, she was missing part of my order. The driver said to call DoorDash, that was all that the store gave to her. Upon further review, my sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted, we’re ice cold… with ice flakes on the meat. I called DoorDash, and they were going to reattempt delivery. However the store didn’t answer their phone. I have tried calling the store for the past hour myself with no response. This is sadly unacceptable and now I just want a full refund and be done with this horrible experience. If the merchant doesn’t contact me back within 3 business days, I will have no choice but to file a charge back with MasterCard and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
With such a lack of communication, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Buyer beware and stay away.

This subway used to be pretty good.
However they have been consistently going down hill and now I would highly recommend you purchase your subs elsewhere.
This makes the 3rd time in a row I have had issues with this location when ordering on the Subway app.
Today our subs were missing half of the selected toppings. I understand that certain locations run out of ingredients but those are normally blanked out online. The two subs I ordered were fixed identically, even though they were ordered very differently.
The time before the two subs were completely mixed up. Wrong one toasted, wrong cheese, wrong toppings.
The time before that my order was ready at 830 and the front door was already locked and I had to knock and get someone’s attention so I could pick up my order.
I normally do not leave reviews and complain but this is, in my opinion, is becoming ridiculous. I will not be using this location anymore and will be urging others to find another location as well.

Told myself the last time I went would be the last time I came to this subway. Food is terrible. Both of my subs were supposed to be toasted and are they are ice cold. I don’t know why I gave them another chance.

Can someone please tell the night crew that a protein bowl has double the ingredients of a regular salad. I usually get great protein bowls….this wasn’t even salad sized. Literally like 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, a handful of spinach…And I wish they would have warned me they didn’t have utensils before I ordered this

This is probably one of the worst subways to go to as far as customer service goes. I will not be going back to this particular Subway. I stopped by this Subway today to grab a sandwich and all I can say is mistake mistake mistake. The boy fixing my sandwich was just ugh. It just irks me when you have someone fixing your food and you can just tell by their attitude that they would rather be anywhere else than where they are currently. He was just throwing the veggies on my sandwich like he was mad or something. He had a look of aggravation and basically just looking tired and over it. I finally just asked him “are you ready to go or something because you look like you don’t want to be here” and he replied with “yea I am. I’m sleepy and tired and I looked at the schedule wrong and came in earlier than what I was supposed to so I’m just ready to go” which is basically how he made my sandwich…..tired and sleepy!!! I’m honestly over these places hiring individuals who don’t give a flying flip about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and are there just to get a check. With this one I just took the loss and went to another Subway because ain’t no way I was about to eat that lazy lethargic sandwich that this person made….like Ugh!! Away with these nonchalant non caring people. If you don’t have a person with a good attitude making your food, it will not look right and it will not taste right!
