Went to kfc tonight for dinner and as soon as I walked in the manager was rude. She told someone to “see what these people want” and that if we were ordering a chicken bucket she was going to walk off. I was there to order a chicken bucket and she in fact did walk off. Her name was Samantha. I believe she is a manager there. Very unprofessional and rude to customers. I wanted to order 2 of the buckets but didn’t just because I knew it would be a problem. This kfc has gone downhill in my opinion. Nobody wants to run a register or make the food. Always yelling for someone else to do it. It sucks to see a place that was once thriving and fun to go to fall apart like it has.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender for my children and it was so hard you could not bite it, extremely dry. Looked as if it had been sitting out all day!
I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal, the sides were not even filled up in the container..
I did not even receive my small coleslaw that I paid $4 for…
The amount of money I paid for this was ridiculous compared to the amount of food I received.. especially the quality of food.

We order on drive thru 16 pcs chicken n 4 cold slaw, we got home is only 14 pcs, I know is not 16 pcs because they put all in one bucket, before I Oder like that they put in a the bucket n the rest in the box, I’m not going to buy from you

Chicken was so hard that it was inedible, I was totally frustrated to pay over 16 dollars for something that should have been discarded in the trash.
It’s a shame that someone has so little regard for customer service, profit over priority, hopefully someone of importance will see this an figure out who hates their job and shows it through customer service..

I have been calling for 3 days now. The wrong over fried chicken was given to us and a manager or owner will jot return our calls…. it’s been 3 days already. Charlottesville kfc has even tried to help with no response. This is the dried up chicken wings we received. A 12 piece bucket came with an 18 piece…. I’m sure it’s because they knew it was small, dried up, and trash.

I wouldn’t give it even 1 start if it was up to me. It was an awful experience. 20 mins to get the order. There was a mouse running around behind the counter. There was a exposed moldy wall and water leaking in around an electrical box in the play area

I’ve ordered food here multiple times recently, and the quality has declined significantly. The meat is dry, the skin is greasy, portions are smaller, and prices have increased. Despite the high cost, they don’t include utensils or napkins, so check your bag before leaving.
It’s also frustrating that they aren’t on GrubHub and don’t offer delivery or pickup through the KFC app, unlike the attached Taco Bell. When I asked the manager about this, they just said, “I’m not sure.” Shame.
Charlottesville is only 14 miles away. Will be buying my chicken elsewhere from now on.

What a joke…took almost 20 min to get order and then it was wrong. People working here act like they don’t care. Floors are sticky and tables dirty. Noticed person making Mac and cheese shirt all in the food.

Went here to order Kentucky Fried Chicken line of cars was super long & too long to wait. Food has been good & reason for going back. Can’t order chicken online with Kentucky Fried Chicken, have to order in drive through. Order all fast food online and pay. Then just drive to pick food up. I’m sure I’m not the only car that decided the wait was too long and drove away and got food from somewhere else. Sunday 11/12/23 after 7:30 pm. Kentucky Fried Chicken needs to hire more employees and let customers order online.
