We were in town for a week night and this was the only place to get food, website said pizza and popcorn. We were hungry and thirsty after riding the Katy Trail. The beer was good but they had no food. Also, very smoky. Luckily we were able to get food delivered via UberEats.

I grew up hanging out at the Tavern. The only thing that sucked was the indoor smoking, we only stayed for one drink. Too bad, I am sure it’s a fun place. If that doesn’t bother you. You’re sure to have a great time.

Great service, younger bartender was wroking didn’t catch his name but over the top customer service great smiles. Had diner and drinks after along day of riding the Katy trail. Thanks again and thanks for being open!!

Great little bar in small town Missouri (180 residents). Friendly staff and folks at the bar always make us feel welcome. Dog-friendly, so you may meet a well-behaved 4-legged “official greeter.”
They have about 10 taps with a mix of local and national brands (e.g. , Bur Oak, Blue Moon). Food is limited to a good quality frozen pizza (which really IS quite good!) and popcorn. Prices are very reasonable.
There are a couple of TVs to watch the games, a digital Jukebox, and an ATM machine, though they do accept credit cards.
