I have used the walk-up window, and the drive thru window with my car, and SUV. It is not an indoor facility; It is a great place to treat yourself to decadent and flavorful drinks and breakfast snacks. Definitely worth the wait in line to fuel up for busy days at work.

I appreciate the modern, yet rustic design of the building, and the wide and unique selection of drinks. The baristas are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how this location has both drive-thru and walk up options.

I went and got two drinks, also redeeming rewards points today and got my girl a crew neck sweater. Later, I checked my bank statement to discover that the electronic tips they pre-configure include the sweater’s retail total ($40) so the tip made everything more expensive than the actual drinks. Nobody’s noticed that the rewards program incentives count toward your tip total? I feel scammed.

Got a 32 ounce tropical ease pricey but was good… A drink with Lotus which isn’t a huge cost and the rest I’m sure are flavor strips and some fizz I’m positive they are making a profit hand over foot. As long as someone is willing to pay it I guess why not. Good drink

It’s a hit or miss if you get the lotus you want. The drinks never taste the same and most of the time there is way too much cream. I’m tired of driving away feeling like I’ve wasted $6 – $8. I’ve started going to Hebrews more and it makes me sad because I used to love Carters.
