I’m not really happy with this place. Their selection is poor. The lady was most unhelpful. Their candles are different brands and don’t match in size or color. And when I bought my cakes, two of them they had labels on them. I guess the lady peeled them off. So now I don’t know which cake is which. I’ll definitely choose somewhere else next time. As I was leaving I asked her for a box so I could have an easier time carrying the cakes out without making multiple trips and she said no and didn’t offer to help with no one in the store.

One of the worst stores I have ever encountered. I ordered a birthday cake four days in advance, paid in full, and expected it to be ready on time. However, they failed to prepare it and didn’t even bother to inform me beforehand. When I arrived to pick it up, they casually said they couldn’t make it. After making me wait for an hour, they handed me an uneven and poorly made birthday cake. Very disappointing experience

Was here last night and got a chocolate chip milkshake. It had the consistency of tap water. They’re using half melted ice cream and using the same amount of milk to make milkshakes as using not melted ice cream and it ruins the consistency. Place was too busy to ask for a refund as the line was crazy long. I won’t be back

This is petty but just gotta drop this review. I love baskin-Robbins. This location has been here for a while and even though I live in Indiana, my kids and I go out of our way to come here and have for 11 years.
The other night, my ice cream got dumped.
I ordered 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip. Pretty simple eh?
Upon scooping and handing me the dish, the gal doing it stated” I think I need to give you a cup due to our ice cream is not cold and melting.”
I’m not a rude person so I just replied “ ok sweetie!”
She was right. Ice cream was soft, somewhere between cool and warm. But the worst part was it tasted stale and slightly freezer burnt.
Guys come on! I know times are odd and hard. But it’s ice cream! You have one main job and that is to keep it cold!
I will come back but take a look at your basic jobs of an ice cream shop and make sure all is working before you take locals money and serve them an item.

Haven’t been to a BR for a long time. My nutty coconut ice cream was a bit short on coconut. Many young girl workers with many young girl customers.. didn’t see any adults for crowd management. But it went fine.

Staff was friendly but the serving size is beyond ridiculous! I ordered a “Two” scoop sundae and it literally look like one kid size scoop of ice cream! Better training is needed on appropriate scooping size! Especially if the customer leaves a tip!
