We were seated at a table that had fresh stains and crumbs from previous customers, partially under glass that was too small for the table. The Pepsi and sprite were served in a tall skinny glass with large ice cubes from top to bottom, leaving 4 sips – and with no carbonation. I told the server it was flat and she grumbled something and walked away without acknowledging me. The refills on the flat 4oz pop are not free, heads up. We asked for water instead and were given a dirty water pitcher from behind the bar. I mentioned the pitcher was filthy both inside and out and the woman again made some random noise and turned and walked away, ignoring me. The food was OK. But not OK enough to outshine the bizarre customer service and filthy atmosphere. We’ve been here three times now and no other patrons were present at any point – leaving plenty of time to change out table cloths, and clean the dust cobwebs from the light fixtures and ancient Chinese artwork.

I really do hate you give such a low rating especially to a locally owned restaurant… Unfortunately it was well-deserved.. I went in around 7:30 this evening and it was completely empty that should have been my first red flag, the two ladies that were there we’re not very hospitable and I got home with my food after I stopped to make a quick trip to Walgreens riding my bike there and back takes about 10 minutes and this is what I found when I opened up the food because it smelled delicious but I didn’t take that way… Not to mention the whole restaurant was dirty outdated utterly depressing honestly. I work hard for my money and the little bit I have to splurge for extravagances & luxuries, I definitely need it to count for the utmost. This however was a complete waste

At first I wasn’t too sure about the place there wasn’t many customers actually me my daughter and boyfriend were the only ones. The decor was very pretty but the bathroom was as you can see outdated and dirty. The waitress was very, dating and sweet I loved her attitude. My grandson and I ordered takeout. We usually eat there but we’re pressed for time.
The food was absolutely gross. 3 entrees of mush.
The breading on the orange chicken and gen tso chicken was mush. Not certain it was properly fried.
The chicken in the szechuan chicken only resembled chicken but certainly did not taste like it.
And we could not even get the dumplings out of the container without them completely falling apart.
I am so disappointed as we talked about eating from there for a few days and I was kinda excited for it. We had been going there for literally years and never really had a complaint.
I will not go there again.

Great old school Chinese restaurant! I came for lunch and got orange beef with a steamed side of broccoli and an egg roll. Portions were very large and delicious! If you like old school authentic Chinese where they still put umbrellas in the drinks…this is your place!

I would give this place zero stars I if it was an option. It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. The tables were not clean, the tea pots, menus, check holder and sauce dishes were all sticky and had visible grime. We felt very uncomfortable eating inside the restaurant and the food was utterly disgusting. The food was slimy, lacked flavor and looked uncooked. Lastly, we ordered a coke/pepsi and it has zero carbonation, and it tasted funky. Hopefully, we won’t get sick from the unsanitary conditions.

Incredible food, staff is friendly and helpful. Though I had never been here before, walking into the restaurant gave me such feelings of nostalgia. Though the interior is straight out of the 1980s, it’s clean, and well-kept. There was a large group/family there of nearly 20 people and I get the feeling that that family meets there regularly, and they have for years, because it’s just that good.

4 people for lunch and tea and a soda and the bill was under $50! The food was fresh, hot, flavorful and MSG-free. The atmosphere is charming. The service was fantastic. Someone in our party with dietary restrictions mistakenly order a dish that was deep fried, we were willing to pay for the dish but needed to order something else, the waitress insisted that she take the 1st order off the bill.
We’re going again in a few weeks.
